Not so approachable location. The company has poor recruitment and selection practices. The CEO is extremely rude to his employees for no known reasons.

Absolutely horrendous way to deal with the customer. They delivered me a product (poster) which is tilted due to which I couldn't use it. And after informing the cx care, they told me "it was custom made for you and we couldn't take it back as compensation for this they provided me coupon of 20% off on my next purchase", as if I am going to buy something after such pathetic product and service.

Horrible experience.

I ordered a mug form the website. In the picture it looked really good! Therefore, i ordered it. But when it got delivered, it looked pretty blah. Agreed it is my fault that i didn't read the return conditions, but how the hell is a consumer expected to return a glass mug to the warehouse (in my case, from Mumbai to Delhi) without the guarantee of it being broken. If it is broken before it reaches the warehouse, it is my loss.

How can a consumer be expected to parcel a glass item like professional so it doesn't break? !

Never ordering from the website again. If they don't have a return service, what's the point!

Well spend money. Authentic quality. Love PosterGully.

ARTISTS BEWARE: These guys are big time cheaters Despite of repeatedly requesting for my commission to be transferred into my account, no action was taken and now my profile has been taken down from the website without any prior notice. Moreover my artworks continue to be visible for sale without any permission from me to sell.

Office is easy to locate. Sure a great place to work but honestly it's a bit small.
