There's so many staffs but no one is picking up call, I invested in their Kitty scheme of every month 5000/- 1 month paid by manually visited to store but after that no one is caring about the payment no one is responding.on whatsapp, on calll, or anywhere.so pathetic service.one of their staff picked the call once and i told her that i have due payment which i want to do but she replied me ' i will arrange a callback to you. ' 24 hrs gone still there's no body to do a callback.

BETTER to work on internal rather external Beauty.they.try to make ppl fool, selling and buying price are different according to them,
When u buy something making charges levied which is understandable but at time of selling and specially if you ask for cash they again deduct few percent.so ultimately making fool to customer and say every other jewellers do like that which is not the case which I explored.

Very disappointed, the way get treated. Purchased a ring and the sales person calculated the gold price calculated @49700 plus 18% making on it. Then the gentelman came and said if paying through card then 13% and if paying through cash then 12%. That's not expected from a brand which is going against the govt policy which says go cashless. But that's not the problem, the actual problem arises after i made the payment then the sales person came and said by mistake I calculated the price on 49700 but just now I came to know that today's price is 50200 i.e. On 2nd April, i showed her the price in market today for 22crt is 47800 you charged 49700 and you are telling me 50200. Then another lady interviened and she said no Today's rate is 49900 for ohr store.it was so frustrating and embarrassing for me. Not at all expected such kind of behaviour from such brand.

Pros:
Gud jewellery outlet with some nice designs and courteous staff to help you make selection.

Cons:
Bargaining over making charges and final value (selling price). This pits you a disadvantage if u do not hv good bargaining skills. Anyway, bargaining over prices is the least you want to see at any reputed jewellery store.

Was a bit surprised to see bargaining over making charges and sudden change of gold price in between shopping (they however kept the price freezed for me at level informed to me at the beginning).

It was my first visit there and Tanishq remains my first choice!

Nice place to buy jewellery for marriage and other occassion. They will return your money if you don't like it but excluding the gst and other tax. Means they don't return the tax amount. But still its good.

When you'll exchange anything they will give you the ugliest expression and with treat you so badly without any good behavior and not only the staff even manager behaves in the same wayy.

Very bad experience with PP jewellers.i was purchased a diamond ring, many time i visited at show room for repairing my ring. Ring was very expensive but not good product.

Absolutely horrendous staff. They trybto dupe you out of your money with fake product. After you have selected them, they say we can get the hallmark logo and certification 'put on'. Extremely Unhelpful and disrespectful staff as well.

Bloody liars such a shame that you guyz can't even give proper information about opening and closing times your showroom should be boycott

I visited the showroom for mother's day shopping, the staff was very cooperative and polite in showing the jewellery.
