Third class service. दिनाँक 24/08/2012 से अपना कनेक्शन कटवाकर रिफंड के लिए रिक्वेस्ट की है । पर आज दिनाँक 11/09/2022 रात 9: 30 तक ना राउटर लेकर गए है ना ही रिफंड दिया है। बहुत बेकार सर्विस है प्रेक्शन की। ना तो सिग्नल सही आते है ना ही कर्मचारी सही से बात करते है। राउटर के लिए फोन करो तो नए नए तरह के बहाने बनाते है ।

I am telling everyone that the connection of the praction network is very useless, if there is any problem then no service man comes till 3-4, its speed is so bad that you cannot do any work, no one has its connection. Take

I'm a user of their services in Jaitpur from last more than 1 years but the services are pathetic. They have setup a local customer call centre and the executive doesnt even have basic training of customer handling and speaks worst than a local mawali. I have been suffering from their services in every possible manner. I'm doing WFH and mainly dependent on internet but either their services goes off or the optical Fibre wire gets faulty. Its been 3 times in the recent past when the wire got damage and to my surprise they have asked for the money for landing a new wire without me being at fault.this is really ridiculous and worst services I have ever seen. I'm closing their connect next month for sure.

Ths is from badarpur DDA flats New Delhi 110044 and would like to bring under your knowledge that Praction network is the worst service provider I have ever seen. Every second day your connectivity goes off. Every time we call your customer care they always says wait for 2 hours and the network goes down even for the whole night. This is ridiculous, disgusting and completely absurd services by you.
If you do not have network connectivity than why do u sell ur network after all it's customers who have to suffer.
Will ask everyone in my locality to give up your network and go for some other brand.

Praction offers the most pathetic and disgusting services and networks.

Best wifi service provider! Whenever you need them they will come for you. It's Worth it to use their service.

I am using this from last 2 years in my area, and also recommended to lot of myfriends. Praction is not best, but good then other broadband service. Lets hope services will be the same in future, otherwise next option for me and my friends is CHANGE THE NETWORK.

There payment gateway is not working properly, I recharged and amount got deducted but status showing pending.so after 10-12 hours i recharged again and it was successful.
Now they are not returning the money and customer service is saying we have updated the plan for 2 months. I have to shift to another city and what would I do with 2 months plan?
They are not even accepting their mistakes.

Monkeys break wires very often and all customer service do is give an extended timeline every time you call.
And worse part is you can't connect customer care at night or early morning.
Internet speed is good but connection is not stable, it breaks often.

Worst service. Without informing customer they moved to fiber. Now they are not providing any refund and asking for more money for fiber connection 1500.

Do not recommend this. Very bad customer service.

Very Poor services, it's been 10 days, applying for land line service, but company commit fake commitment on daily basis

Worst services with worst network and with very bad customer care executives. Don't trust on them they're liers.

After Tikona it is the worst service provider. They r looting the customer:

1. New connection & installation Rs. 2580/-
2. Per month renewal charge, say the least amount 588.

Now how much data we are using in a month?

Okay, as the monkeys cut the wire by their teeth than why don't u people installation the best quality of wire? But No, for the wire a customer have to pay. Whyyyyy?
Listen Team, once the JioFiber, Airtel or Hathaway provider comes than the monopoly will break and ur revenue will do down.

Please work on ground level or else it will take no time to come to road with a bowl

Bad experience with this network. Very poor services and worst follow ups ever.
Even they don't care there customers any more.

I will give 0, Customer care number never work - says you are in queue - number 10 or more always.and it gets disconnected. I was never able to talk to customer care.
Pathetic service.

Worst experience ever. Got their broadband connection 4 days ago. First it worked decently and I was impressed but now my internet I not working from a day I am not able to take any online class and not able to do any work. I called them several times but they keep on saying that they will repair it but till now it's not repaired.
Seriously very bad customer service.

Worst net services, No actions on complaints. Customer Care executives are rude. No professionalism. I am going to discontinue their services.

They are even charging for installation where other companies are providing free installation & router as well.go with better ISP

Worst services. They do not care about customer problems. Customer care executive and their technician dont listen problem by customer. Their working style is like goverment company. Technicians are not capable of solving issues. They just know about connecting wires.

Never take connection from praction network. Very bad service provider.no service.no response from IVR.you have to wait for more than 2 hrs to get call connect

Third class network, pathetic service. Not care about their customer at all after taking the money they will completely boycot you.never ever take a connection from them
