Extortion at booking in Kashmere gate. Total corruption, charging more than Rs. 100 for "To Pay" consignments of just 15 kgs and not giving any receipt to customer. The authorities need to know this.

Yesterday, had sent goods (full vehicle load) to their Swaroop Nagar branch booking office from Mayapuri for Vijayawada. He outright refused to book the goods stating that since we have not sent goods from the last 6 months, he will not book the goods now.
The poor vehicle owner and my manager justly argued with him for two hours that the customer had no order for the last few months, so why why would we say the goods for booking?
But he would not listen. After two hours we had to send the goods to Alipur, the vehicle was stuck in no entry, wasting his daily Labour and our crucial business time.
