One of the best Honda service centre in south delhi, Timely attended by service advisor, job card filled properly after asking every single question, First they do washing then they do the service, Service guy checked everything from top to bottom and delivered the vehicle on promised time. Service Advisor Mr. Ajay was very helpful from entry to exit. Thank You.
Recently i bought Activa Dio. Superb service given by them. Staff is really cooperative. Showroom’s manager is really nice person and copperative. Happy customer
Insurance department of Pragnya Honda have very bad help desk in Okhla E-43/4 plot. There are network problem in basement can't coordinate with our insurance advisor and the executive of Pragnya Honda can't move from there seat. They didn't give you the proper guidance.
Don't go there they are not doing his own work properly and and making bill more and more and if you are complaining the service man they are not speak nicely and service advisor making more bill and don't tell right things to do. So please all of you I request don't go there and not waste your money
One of the most useless honda service agency of Delhi south.thr employ have very rude behavior.thy have no idea about thr work.service manager is useless.he only knows paper work.they are getting bad to worse day by day.
Pragnya Honda dealership is not good dealership for buying two wheeler. Staff is not supportive, Not a single penny discount, Rude behaviour.very bad experience
Worst experience I am servicing my bike from here since 2018, everytime they charged me minimum 2000 for normal service apart from labour cost. Everytime I visit them, their mechanic says this part is not working or that part is not working. Like example, I have purchased new clutch plate from them in the the month of Nov 2022, in Dec 2022 I am facing some issues in bike and went to them. Their mechanic saying that new clutch plate will require. I just want to ask, I have damaged my clutch plate in 1 month only and in that 1 month my bike was standing for more than 10 days without running. It means they have not changed my clutch plate or if changed not fixed original clutch plate. I am very much disappointed with them. Last visit in Dec 2022, I asked them to fix my problem of clutch plate, what they did, they keep my bike for 2 days with them but not changed or repaired my clutch plate and handed over to me. I will recommend everyone not to go, they are money dacaits, cheaters and looters.
They show no interest in walk in customers. They talk so casually as if whether you take the product or not they really don't care. I visited twice but their behaviour don't change now I opt for another Honda showroom to buy vehicle.
Not their fault, but all Ho da service centres are just pathetic. Zero customer value, no regard for a person's need and urgency. Only if they can handle the work load they face. Manager is a big excuse giver, no escalation matrix, you will get no solution for your problem. And, yes, don't expect to get a reply on call or on email for your issues.
They work very slowly. Staff is helpful but very slow take lot of time to complete the process the purchase and paper work. Also do not take delivery of the vehicles without checking.they were trying to push me to take delivery of dented and repainted model of Activa. Then the manager helped and promptly got the dented panels exchanged from the other vehicle.
Worst experience. I serviced my activa 6g on 31 july 2022. And asked them to check battery and every other parts. But after 1 day ny battery was found dead as the vehicle was not taking self start.
We have purchased sp125 from Pragnya Honda I will go to service center done my bike Second service At 5400 km i requested to technician place clean bike chain they saying cleaner spray not available And they replaced my bike engine Oli 800 ml 10w 30 grade oil, company according sp125 bs6 recommend engine oil 5w30 grade oil? Very bad service
I bought new AMC for my Honda Activa. I was very satisfied with the service provided and the behaviour of the staffs, especially the cleaning and polishing boy.
Pathetic service provided, Fake commitments and fake promises given to the customer. Never tell the correct ETA no professional response from the floor incharge. Never deliver the vehicle on time. Not at all recommended.
Very poor service by " PRAGANYA HONDA SERVICE CENTRE ". Really poor workers & not getting work done on time, it's really disappointing & not worth helping!
If there would have been an option to give negative ratings I would have given it. Really pathetic service and customer experience provided by Praganya Honda Okhla service Center.
Such inadequate services from this dealer. They will not serve you better, no matter how much you pay for your vehicle. Such a shame on this. Honda dealer has to work on this gap area to give the best services.
Pathetic service. No service commitment. Misbehaving staff.always making an excuse.not recommended at all.charging extra 1% from debit card & 2% from credit card on billing over & above unprofessional behaviour of staff
Their customer Service is very poor and also in showroom not have a/c and All the coolers and fans were installed to provide air only and only to his staff.none on the customer side no body ask the water and their staff work like they work in goverment department and they also not provided us the parking space
Pathetic service, given bike since February and now it's April mid, very poor management and services, I will advise to not give your vehicles for services here, because it will be waste of money and your time
