They show you something else and deliver the cheapest quality stuff. I had bought 2 sarees worth Rs. 5000 each then they offered me for piko and fall. I agreed and when I came to pick it up they changed both the sarees with cheaper version of the same sarees. Pathetic people. It was for my wedding trousseau. Disgusting service

Always crosscheck article before leaving place. Because if its defective they don't take it back and waste customer time. We had to visit 3 times from Ghaziabad just to get that saree changed.moreover when we asked them to refund because we already had 3 visits. They don't have courtesy to refund.
We were lucky that on 3rd visit we got replacement but absolutely a problematic if coming from other city.
