Personally I recommend if you wearing branded watches choose good & professional Kind of shop and it's one of them for dwarka & near by dwarka people's. Service and having great collection of watches. Always prefer visit there for any kind of repair related to watches

Nice variety of watches in dwarka they have watches for all type of budget, infact the watch shop in Vegas mall dwarka in whole don't have the stuff which this shop has.

It's one of finest watch store in and around Dwarka. With all big brands under one roof. Staff is also very polite. Good Visit.

This is really good watch store and one of the oldest in this region. You will get all good or big brands here. Staff and their behaviour is superb. Their service is also great

Worst experience I had with the shop owner of this watch repair shop.
I got a clock repaired from them in September 21.
The clock stopped again in Apr 22, and since it was under warranty of one year I requested the owner of the shop to change the machine under warranty agreement.
He saw the machine and says this signature on the machine are not mine. Now how the hell do I prove that the signature are not his?
For a petty amount of Rs 250 /- this owner of prakash watch co, shouted at me and insulted me. He says that I didn't visit his shop in September 21 and I am telling lies, Shame on him. For a petty amount of Rs 250 he misbehaved and lost his cool.

Worst staff and very bad owner!
I had gotten my clock repaired from this shop which was in warranty.
The clock stopped working so I went there to get it repaired as it still is in warranty.
To my surprise the owner outrightly denied that this clock was ever repaired from his store and also that the signature were not his on the clock.
There was a verbal altercation and he then also doubled his cost for the repair.
Please don't trust the owner. Worst experience.
