Societies in Vasundhara enclave has turned into cartels of few retired fellows looking for some authority.

Flats are very small but the society is well maintained! The area is a bit polluted and atmosphere might not be the best for aged people. It is good for a family of 3 members or maximum 4 members not more than that.

Very good structure facing to kondli nehar. New ashok nagar metro station is approx. 1.5 kms. From this society.

It is very clean maintained society. It has digital society entering system. Here building blocks are only 4 storey. Here only 1 building block has lift facility. This apartment is very near to dharamshila hospital and Ashok nagar.

One of the better-managed housing societies of Vasundhara Enclave. Most of the 180-odd flats are taken up. Premise is always kept clean. Adequate security, water supply, garbage collection etc. Proximity to Metro (blue line) helps. Presence of a drain not far from the area is a bother.

Amazing place. Good internal architecture according to old societies construction. Great place to live.
