It's a complete fraud company. I was being associated with the company for almost three years. They do cut salary for no good reason in the light of covid they almost cut the salary of every employee for more than a year. They withhold my maternity salary even after promising it to pay. It says it a legally complied company the company doesn't even sty in its own words. Maternity policy they have kept but the moment they get to know someone is pregnant they start playing games. How can they even keep someone maternity leave even they have adopted maternity policy. Complete fraud.
