These frauds in partnership with Yitong Express (Another worst courier service in the world from Delhi) will dupe you in the name of Custom Duty charges. They do this together with some Chinese sellers who first gauge the customer who's ordering from them and then choose to send through these worst services.

Only request your parcels to be sent from well-known courier service providers like FedEx, DTDC and DHL. If your parcel is ever sent through these idiots, cancel your order on the seller's end. NEVER EVER TRANSACT WITH PRIME EXPRESS COURIER AND YITONG EXPRESS.

Don't send your cargo from this fraud company (prime express). I sent my shipment from SaudiArabia to hyderabad, its been 15months I haven't receive my shipment yet.nobody is responding when I try to contact them, they are fraud.sending illegal items with our shipment.

No word to say how much bad or third class company

It's fraud. Don't use this company to send your stuff. I haven't received my cargo since January 2021.

FRAUD ALERT!
We sent our cargo with Household goods from Dubai to India in January 2021. Still not received our shipments.
Prime Express Cargo people are saying the goods are stuck with Customs and they cant do anything.

My brother has sent a parcel from Alain to Kerala 5 months ago but we didn't get our paracel and any updates or notification regarding this

Very Bad Experience, It took them 1 month to get released my Oxygen concentrator from Customs, Nobody seems to be responsible, Speacially the Customs clearance team at Delhi Airport which includes Mr Santosh

They changed the item. I ordered a video receiver worth 2k from aliexpress but I received a watch strap.from the parcel, I can clearly see that it's not mine.the original number of the parcel is scribbled and pasted another delivering detail, which is mine.

I booked cargo to India and packed all stiff well In bubble wraps and inside plastic containers, but all my breakable items were broken on arrival.seems to have been thrown from good heights.we also bring goods oursleves but it was clear non professional mis handling we suffered good loss despite paying their desired amount. And when u complain they will say it's booked at customer risk instead of enquiring where the issue is.they have tied up with least cost non professionals in India. They take their money and their job is done.very pathetic hadnling if goods after despatch. Won't recomend them for next shipment to India.

Got 3 parcels from them. 2 was okay those are very cheap items, but the 3rd one is pricey that gets replaced by a cheap chine watch strap. I contacted them but no reply.

Worst services, irresponsible service and team
To all the people who are watching this video I am sharing you my experience with this prime express cargo services.
I send my items from prime express karama dubai on 6/july/2020 I gave all my items for the packaging and I submitted the fees and after that I went to my Flat.
After that I came back to India.
On 6 th of August I received my parcel box and when I open the box I saw that my 3 items including costly electronics items are missing and after that I send a mail to them.
I get revert back mail from there side and they asked me about the missing item I send them the mail again and gave the information regarding my items.

Then I received a call from Prime express India. They didn't helped me even they are pointing me that why you didn't make the video at the time of delivery. So it means even they don't have trust on there services also. Why should I (Customer) have to make video for my items?

After that I almost did 9 mail till now but prime express team not taking any responsibility. They are saying that box is ok but my concern is not about the box my concern is about the my missing items and I gave all the items at the time of packaging.
That items are stolen by there employees at the packaging time

So people who are watching this and planning to send there item from this corrier services
Please don't send.
Because the first thing is trust
And after this incident I will not recommend you to send the your items from this delivery service.

Extremely bad service provided by prime cargo. I will never ever use service from them and highly recommend everybody that don’t use prime service. Staff extremely rude I send cargo from Abu Dhabi to Delhi. It’s take much time what the promise me and still I did not receive my cargo yet. Whenever I am trying to contact them every time they promise different dates and give me different number follow- up when I called Indian no. Couple of time they put my call on hold Nd later give me another contact no. Still I don’t know where’s my cargo and when will I get extremely poor service highly recommend don’t use their service

Our international parcel from Aliexpress was cut opened and the content removed with only the packaging left inside and repacked with a new tracking no label pasted on it and delivered to us. We tried to reach all the contact nos here at Prime but all the mobile number are switched off! Is this a real courier company? Even Aliexpress initially disputed our refund claim because they paste a new tracking no label inside India.

Update: Got hold of one of their (Prime couriers) customer service person on whatsapp finally and she acknowledge this issue. Send them all proof including pictures and followed up multiple times and she just kept saying they will investigate. It seems they are aware of this theft of customers package by their delivery/logistic/intermediary agents - but do not wish to publicly acknowledge.

The Aliexpress stores showed proof that the package had the requisite weight on label and tracking details when delivered and on transit till Indian hub, so it was definetely pilfered by these courier agents. Meanwhile Aliexpress/store refunded our amount as they do not wish negative publicity on social media. Shame on these kind of Indian courier companies who bring bad repute for us internationally and fail to act.

Very bad courier service. They take material inside the parcel and send u the empty papers specially for china products. Even customer care they will not attend your calls even if attend they simple say will let u know the status.

I ordered shoe for my baby in AliExpress, I got the package witin 15days, I was shocked wen I open the package, its not a shoe, its a waste paper bundle, this 420 prime courier has stolen my babies shoe, I'm very disappointed. Be careful with this 420 prime express
