I wanted to visit the skin doctor. I called to make an appointment. The person who picked up the phone said that I can come at 5 p.m. The same day. He emphasised on the time, otherwise the doctor would leave he said.
When I went there at 5 p.m. Sharp. The admin told me that doctors leave after 2 or 3 p.m. They asked me which no. I called at? I showed them. It was their no. They asked who did i talk to? As if i would ask the name of the person.
You could imagine my rage. This was my experience with their staff. That one admin staff member to whom i told everything, said that I could come the following day and i wouldn’t have to stand in line to take an appointment. He said that ‘he would take care’ of it, that he would let me go first.
The next day i went there. That person was nowhere near the counter. So i had to stand in the queue again and take appointment for the skin doctor.
When I went to upstairs, that same admin guy only acknowledged me and he didn’t even let me go first as promised. No apology. Nothing. Moreover, the doctor came late.
Doctors are good and experienced. But some might add on a few unnecessary tests just to make the most of the situation.

Pathetic experience second time as well. Six months ago I came here for my mother's treatment and nothing has changed since then. There will be no doctors available and they keep you waiting for hours and hours. Would never recommend this hospital to anyone in future.

Had a horrible experience in the gynaecology department of Primus. Had gone there for consultation and doctor Rashmi was very taunting, very rude and also body shamed me for my weight gain which was due to medical reasons.
Also, the eye doctor of Primus Dr Saurabh Varshney gave me my mom wrong eye power detection. When we got it checked from 2-3 other doctors, our power was much less. He also was very rude.
Very unsatisfied with both the departments.

However, I'm still giving Primus a 3 star because the ENT department is just amazing. I had gone to Primus for my ear problem and Dr Ankush Sayal was very kind and cured me very soon. His medicines worked like magic. He was very sympathetic towards me because of the problems and he gave adequate time to understand my problem.

I request Primus to improve the quality of services of their Gynaecology department and Eye department because the experience was nothing more than terrible in those departments. Patients should not be treated in an impolite or rude manner and should not be made fun of because of medical reasons.

Your ENT department is amazing with doctors like Ankush Sayal.

I hope the gynaecology department and Eye department improves their behaviour and also their treatment instead of demeaning patients.

Had very bad experience. Had to wait in pain for 6 hours to get plaster. The hospital only keeps telling you various unnecessary procedure to make money.

It was my first visit to Primus. It was for my Medical Appointment for Australia, initially I was unaware about how to get assistance, but there were many Help Desks which guided me, and there was a faculty named Neha ma’am, she helped me out through every procedure and appointment for all the Checkups. Very well-rounded management!

I had to come 4 times for removal of my plaster.
The billing counter is pathetic. I did stand in Q, first for consultation, then Xray, then physiotherapy. I came at 1pm, with an appointment, delayed appointment given, earlier had to return thrice although came within OPD time.
Still 345pm n waiting in physiotherapy Q.
I will not recommend if you are not a VIP, particularly a big NO for CGHS cases.

Good hospital for orthopaedic and neurology treatment. But shared rooms are not good and also dirty.

I got my total knee replacement surgery done by Dr Chandrashekhar Yadav. Dr Yadav alongwith his team performed my knee replacement surgery on 7th of May 2022. On 8th may I was able to walk with the help of walker. After 21 days I was able to walk without any support. I was discharged on 11th of may.

Very bad experience not the staff have adequate items with them not staff is there for emergency neither the morning shift staff know what to type my mother name got changed with other paitent name and all of sudden when ct scan was done that the affected part of mother which is hand.is not been treated other treatment start.

Absolutely pathetic and rude behaviour by the staff.
They will do everything in their power to keep families from meeting the patient.
They treat us like we are committing a crime when asking to meet the patient.

There is no communication about the test results or the health of the patient.

This the best of best hospital i have ever visited in my life. Humble staff like family. But specially Dr. Aditya jain an awesome personality very humble and polite. Special thanks to sister help us very much.

A hospital with great specialists. Dr. Bajaj is a great Orthopedic surgeon. But services at hospital need improvement.

They are fleecing people. Asked me to pay extra to collect my own report. When you call their helpline it takes hours to get through and once you get through they are not helpful at all.

Nice place for treatment of orthopedics related issues. The services are good. Sometimes because of over-crowding, there can be some delay in service speed. The quality is not compromised though, full support for patients.

Dr. Aditya Jain (surgeon) is very rude with patients. If you have orthopedic issue never visit this hospital. My mother visited this hospital due to pain in shoulder but Dr. Aditya was forcing her to go for surgery and was very rude with her. He was just trying to make money. I would request you guys to never visit this hospital and if you have to go this hospital in urgency don't visit this doctor. He is not at all a good doctor. Worst doctor ever! Complete waste is what Dr. Aditya Jain is.

Dr. C. S. Yadav operated my mother on 25th Nov 2021 for bilateral Total Knee Replacement in Primus Hospital. Prior to surgery she was in extreme pain with acute osteoporosis afflicting both her knees. We had once consulted him in AIIMS and decided to get her treated by him only, as Dr. Yadav is not only one of the best orthopaedic surgeon's, he is an extremely nice person as well.

Right from day of consultation to surgery, he clearly and concisely communicated every relevant information to us.

Sir handled all her post operative problems as well and ensured all glitches were rectified. It is rare to find an exceptionally able doctor with a humanitarian and humble approach. Amongst his staff, Ms. Shivani is a highly efficient, approachable and helpful coordinator.

We feel absolutely fortunate to be his patient and truly appreciate him often as my mother has shown remarkable improvement and is getting better with each passing day.

We are eternally grateful to Dr. Yadav and wish him a long and successful career and a healthy and prosperous life.

I found that staff and even Doctor is not patient friendly, they reply any quarry very cursorily. Even canteen services are very costly. My total experience is poor with this hospital. Sorry torate this hospital as 3 star only.

My experience is worst one. Theirs only moto is cheat and earn the money with misleading the patients. The patient history of case is Cervical Spondylosis but they operated with angiography. Theirs main business is surgery not treatment. Some of patients has already initiated legal action against Hospital. They never respect CGHS patients and they never follow the instructions and rules of Govt of India. They should admit CGHS card holders without any advance money but they forcefully demands the money which never returned to patients because of unnecessary charges in names of different words. Which is very serious issue. They should be blacklisted. One day they will definitely face.

Went to this hospital yesterday with a patient facing neurological problems. The doctor was so rude that patient was totally demoralized after visiting there. This totally bad and doctors should try improving themselves behaviorally. Minus 10 points overall. Worst experience with a critical patient.

I have a great experience in Primus during my treatment for Sinusitis. I really thank Dr. Bali for being such a dedicated and compassionate Doctor. He always go above and beyond towards healthy outcome of his patients and I feel so blessed to have you as my doctor.

Dr. Bali is one of the proactive doctors I have ever met in my life. Doctors like Dr. Bali are very rare to find.

I also thank all the nursing staff who has taken good care of me during my treatment over there especially sister Saren. She is very polite and dedicated, she is an asset for the Hospital care system. Overall it was a great experience.

I am very disappointed with the hospital's hygienic conditions. My father was admitted in the hospital for knee replacement surgery. When he got his room, the room was not properly clean and even the blankets provided were stinky.
For the next 2 days no one came to clean the washroom or to change the washroom sanitary item.
After the surgery the urine pot which were provided to my father was not properly sanitised.
After he was discharged from the hospital, he started having low grade fever which remained undiagnosed for nearly 3 months.
After running a urine culture test, he was diagnosed with Urinary tract infection, and till date he is suffering from fever.

Our past experience has been fairly well. But this time I have got my husband in COVID ward and the hospital has forbidden the patient to keep his phone with him. Instead, they provided a number and said that we can call once or twice per day. For 2 days we had to call multiple times on one and another number to reach him but today it's been impossible. We have called 7 times today for no response and the hospital is not helping us either. They say just keep calling on that number. How ignorant can one be?

Worst hospital, my experience was worst over here. In my opinions hospital like Aiims, Safdarjung they are much much perfect hospital. They dont have any security.

The management in terms of nursing and other staff including floor managers attitude and behavior is pathetic. Half of the problems go way once these people behave nicely with patients and their attendants. If having option one should not visit this hospital

So my mother recently got operated here for Bilateral knee replacement and everything went well. The surgery was done by Dr. (Prof) CS Yadav and believe me he's one of the best joint replacement surgeon, he's totally out of the league. He technique of doing surgery is totally different (which the hospital advocates) i.e. Little blood loss etc. He is an exemplary in his field. Listens well to his patients and give medical advice to his best knowledge. Overall it was a very nice experience with hospital, right from counseling staff to nurses, support staff all are very polite, helpful and ready to serve patients. However the staff during night needs to be more experienced and quick and sometimes you need to push them to make them work. The only let down for me during my mother's medical stay here was the hospital canteen. Seriously they are terrible, i mean to say food was good but they aren't professional at all, very slow. They used to take more than hour to deliver food for attendants when enquired they said that patients are priority for them, which is ok and I understand but who takes more than a hour infact on some days it was more that 1.5hr to deliver food. Plus the hospital doesn't have a proper cafeteria where the attendants can sit and have food they have small Barista counter on the ground floor. I'm only highlighting this point because Primus hospital is located in VIP area of Chanakya Puri with embassies all around so there aren't any small shops, eateries where a person can eat. Relying totally on Zomato or Swiggy isn't everyone's cup of tea.

Once again the main point of this review was to tell that Dr. (Prof) CS YADAV is best in his field so he's the one stop shop for joint replacement surgeries.

Dr. Nisha Ohri, who is more than worst gaynocologist had a very harsh approach towards me.she was not letting me complete and didn't even bother to listen to my problems. It was very disappointing as doctors are there for helping the patients and not for giving them discomfort.

Don't go for this hospital, worst hospital ever, it's look like big from ourtside but inside the way of doctors to treat patients is really poor instead of this hospital you can go govt. Hospital atleast they listen us and gives treatment better.

Worst hospital in this area. Please don't visit if you want to save your life. Dr Anurag Saxena don't know how to treat patients. Hospital should educate him properly. Nurses behaves like goons. Multiple complaint has been don't but Dr. Anurag was busy in making money from patients. We people treat doctors as God but they don't care. Bills were overcharged and no one is ready to hear any complaints. They have started medical tourism for international patients so they are busy in making money from that only. That's why they don't care Indians. Foods are worst. They don't even know which type of food can be given to which patients. Also they manipulated lab reports so don't rely on their reports. Some doctors are really good here but Dr. Anurag Saxena from Internal medicine come from management quota and don't know anything.

Over-hyped hospital, where nobody cares for the patient. The attendants outside Department of Orthopaedic are openly seen changing the queue number of patients. The worse part is that nobody cares about such mismanagement, neither doctors nor the so called management.

Recently I visited the hospital Urology department for my mother. Dr. Saini who was there previously was very good. But the new doctor Dr. M. S. Jha is not cordial at all. He did not speak properly and asked us to stand near the door and explain the patient's problems from a distance. How can a doctor be so paranoid about contracting corona that he does'nt even allow patients to sit near and explain things. How is it possible to shout from a distance and talk about diseases, that too of a female patient, which everybody waiting outside could also listen? His behaviour was rude and we are mulling shifting to other hospitals for urology treatment. The hospital urgently requires better well behaved doctors.

It is a good hospital with various departments. The OPD now has evening timings too, from 5 pm to 8 pm. And is also open on Sundays. They also have a Pharmacy, pathology lab, MRI and CT in the OPD itself. You can also call them to book an appointment before hand. Doctors are very patient and listen to your concerns.

Worst hospital for dailysis patient, always training staff available, they don't know how to use needle as well.

The hospital is located in between the embassies. I booked the appointment for 4 PM but doctor attended me at 4.45 PM. But the way doctor met me, it was like he is in great hurry. I waited for over a hour not just for 1 minute of interaction. He was not having patience to listen to me. The hospital looks like a big places. There is a restaurant at the counter area. Prices are very high.

Aug 25: Went to Primus because we thought, erroneously, that my sister's and wife's Covid Certificates were not showing up on the COWIN site because of a mistake by Primus. The mistake was ours. The person at the reception, Mr Aman Arora (I trust I have his name right) was exceptional in his responses, and he patiently explained to us where the problem was, and how we could rectify it. His behaviour was oustanding. We have managed to sort out one half of the problem, and I'm confident we will sort out the second also. Thank you Primus. For this you get five stars.

If there was an option of negative stars I will give negative 5 stars. They just want to make money and not pay the doctors. Worst hospital in Delhi. Patient care is worse than government hospital. Don't tell me to write a feedback. You didn't pay me for my work. I called at least 50 times. I sent WhatsApp massages, I wrote emails. But you didn't pay me and talked to me very rudely. If you are a patient or a doctor, avoid this hospital at all costs. Doctors won't get paid. If you are a young JR, you have many options. Avoid this hospital.

Never visit here please. It's a humble request. The staff and doctors make it way more worse. They just know how to make money out of patients and ideally at the end declare them dead. They all have already booked their places in hell and I hope they are tortured to the core to know how it feels like to lose a family member of their own. Zero class hospital

I had a good experience with covid 19 vaccination for my whole family at this hospital, the staff and nurses were cooperative though there were some issues related to parking. Overall nice and decent place.

It’s the worst hospital that you can ever visit. The faculty is the worst and shame on all the doctors and the faculty as they do not know how to heal the patient. Will never visit this hospital again and would never recommend anyone to visit if they really want to live more.

It is a wrost hospital in the world, because the doctors did not do their work properly and it's service are not well at all. They are playing with the life of patient. Don't go and recommend anyone to go this hospital. (#gandahospital).

This is worst hospital I have ever seen before. My father passed away yesterday. Doctors don't know how to do a treatment everyone's insensitive and playing with a patient's life and overall it's just a money vending machine. Don't go here if you really want your patient to live more. They don't pick calls and even if they do, the staff is so rude they misguide us and disconnect if we ask for any answers. And specifically Dr. Sheikh Ahmed and Dr. Pravin Gupta are the doctors that you would always want to stay away from. May they don't in hell.
In short it is not a hospital it's a hotel with 3rd class facilities.

Dr Choudhary in Spine section OPD was very rude in answering patients questions. He did not even physically check the part in pain.check the The bed sheet on the patients table was very dirty and not been changed for a while, this was brought to the notice of Mr Aman.the OPD waiting are had smoke coming from outside and was suffocating. The stock answer was that due to welding work it is happening. Why than it was not taken up after 4 PM when OPD is closed. The in -house patients wards were away from ther. Though it was stopped AFTER it was brought to their notice. DO NOT GO THERE!

Staff is highly irresponsible.think of a time when your dear one is lying in an operation theatre and the attendant is using used material for the surgery

Kudos for setting up a camp to offer free tests of basic needs at the PUSA Krishi Vigyan Mela 2020. I am hopeful a lot of visitors and residents of PUSA would have taken the benefit. It would have been specially meaningful because most of the visitors were farmers from remote areas in different states.

I am 79 years old residing in west delhi. I would love to share my wonderful experience with Dr. Sameer Malhotra (MD. DM Cardiology presently with primus super specialty Hospital) who after analysing my ECG/ECO Reports suggested me that I should go for CRTD implantation. He was very sure that this device will help me in improving my heart rate. So finally last year in November i.e, on 1-11-2018. I got this CRTD implanted. Before this my heart was working 20% but now it is 45-50% and I m leading a very normal and a healthy life. Thanks to Dr. Sameer for all the attention and care he has given and has been giving throughout. God bless him. He is one of the best doctors I have come across.

Horrible Experience! Came here after getting an appointment over the telephone for Dr. Bhan all the way from Faridabad. After coming here we were told that Dr. Bhan only sees senior patients. We are referred to some junior orthopaedics where the staff is extremely rude and tells us there is 90 minute wait. This 10 minutes after our appointment was due. A patient is made to feel worthless and treated rudely here. Sadly there is no recourse to the situation because people are not going to stop falling sick or getting injured and these places will continue to exploit, that too as rudely as they can.

The behaviour of this hospital guard (kamla and Pankaj) is very bad who operate the lift today Dr.came to me and said your father is well and better Dr.said you can see your father after few minutes and you advise to your father take long breathe when I was going to see my father then lift guard didn't allow me to see my father. They told you can't go this time. They don't have sense how to talk.

They are just stolen your money with your open eyes. No matter you done all the tests but still they ask you for all the required test again in the first visit. I Just want to say they're can be cure any problems but they don't wants to do this because of visit charge. Which was very High like 1000 to 1500 per visit. They are here for profit only not for curing people

I got apptt wid dr arvind jayaswal on jan 22 for lower persistant lower backache but too much now. UHID PSSH 56712. He advised some tests. I had again met on 27th. He did not give me even 2 minutes. For my queries he said that i shd ask from physiotherapist. I m extremely unhappy on this unprofessional attitude of doc when he just says for all my queries, concern and doubts that बाल भी तो सफ़ेद होते हैँ l It takes patient's time n money both to visit a doc. I will never visit such a high headed man. Besides this, he did not see even my Dexa report, which he prescribed. Really a very bad attitude. I feel, they are just interested in patients, who are fit for surgery or they are in POSH category. In fact a big no to CGHS patients
