Though it's going to be a little lengthy post but still I am going to write all n all. I was facing lot of problems from being in emotional trauma to medical health problems in last couple of years. And year after years, months after months and it was becoming terrible. My whole personality had changed. Both by personal, professional and study life was hampering a lot. I used to feel so much disturbance in my mind, so much anxiety, so much over thinking, so much irritation related to everything around me which was ultimately giving me so much mental pain. Day by day I was losing control to cope up with the things. I started to feel disappointed, low, hopeless, irritated, weak, drowsy, angry, more n more I had developed negative risk taking tendency mentality, all along in a month with number of cycles of mood swings and with constant, continuous repetition of months after months.
