It is a fraud company. Never try to order anything from them. I have ordered 3
t-shirts and they did not deliver the complete order. No refund, no response from their customer care. By any chance, if they pick up the call. They just put you on hold for a long and after some time they disconnect.
If there is any good review on their website, that is fake and from their own sources. Be Aware of Such Frauds.

I realise that there are 2-3 companies posing as Printland and using the original company's website link, name and branding. Each of them shows a different address though. Sad to see people do this, orders are being taken by these fake firms in their name and are not being delivered. Pls do note that the real Printland company is in Okhla, Delhi.

Hello guys. I want to tell u all that this is not a fake website. I too had ordered something and had become impatient just becoz it didn't arrive on time and when I checked the reviews I was fully sure that it is not going to come. So, I called on the customer care and asked to give me my order's tracking id so that I myself can track the order. And after 4 to 5 days I received my order. So it my advise to u all that don't be impatient and ask them to give your tracking id, u will definately get.

Here we shopped customized corporate products for our staffs, 150 Notepads, 70 Pens, & 30 document files.all these are beautifully customized printed. Thanks Printland for making it in such short time.

Do not buy anything from them it's my personal experience they don't give salary to their employees and misbehave with them deduct their salary without a legal notice so how could they satisfy their customers. Their first job is to satisfy the employee then they can meet the expectations of their clients.

Printland is refered by our business partner, they praised about their service. So We ordered corporate gifts products in bulk 50 flask, 40 Pendrives, 1000 Masks & 25 laptop skin for our employees. We got what we wanted.

Printland.in महा वाहियात कंपनी। कभी भी इस कंपनी को कोई ऑर्डर नही दें, अन्यथा आपका ब्लड प्रेशर ज्वालामुखी के तरह फट सकता है। इस कंपनी की सर्विस ऐसी है की आप कलयुग में ऑर्डर देंगे तो ये त्रेता युग में भी डिलीवरी नहीं देंगे। दूसरा अगर आप ऑर्डर कैंसल करते हैं, तो कम से कम आपको एक साल तक इनके कस्टमर केयर से फॉलोअप करना पड़ेगा, तब भी पैसे वापस नहीं होता।

कंपनी के डायरेक्टर संदीप बहल जाने माने fraud किस्म के व्यक्ति हैं। लगता है, फंडिंग मार्केट से नहीं मिल रही इसीलिए कस्टमर के पैसों से ही छेच्छा लेदर (घटियापन) करके काम चला रहे हैं। आपको अगर अपने दिमाग की दही करवानी हो तभी इस कंपनी को कोई भी ऑर्डर दें।

27 अगस्त को मैंने ऑर्डर प्लेस किया था, आज तक इसका कुछ पता नहीं। और, मेरे दिमाग का दही हो गया।

Never buy anything from Printland.in.this is a biggest fraud company in printing industry. The director is a big fraud person and collecting money through doing fraud with customer. I shall go till consumer court to expose Sandeep Behl. I am warning to my viewers to not deal with Printland.in anymore.

Very bad, they are cheating the customers. They are claiming something and providing something else. Their products and customized printing are not up to the mark. I myself will not purchase any product from these guys and nor recommend to anyone.

Here I am attaching the screenshot of order details and then just tell me when I can get the order and please explain me why this much delay. I wll send mail every day till I get my order.no matter what because it's almost 30days have been gone and still I can't get my order.
One more thing please mention on your site that u will dilver in one month.don't fix the day so that the customer will be not worry.

Beware of frauds and cheating from Printland.

Printland Digital (India) Pvt. Ltd.turns out to be a fraud. I ordered for 41 T-shirts dated back in 04 Mar 2020. Order No- PL100024067 and was confirmed through email. Payment was made in full on 04 Mar 2020 with a promise to have the order delivered on 6 Mar 2020.

They failed to deliver the order and as of today (15 Sep 2021) the refund of money has not been processed yet. Printland does not answer to telephone, WhatsApp or Email.

I consider those fellows lucky, who have already received their orders delivered. Others should be careful.

Order no. 100632245 I would have given zero stars if I could. Ordered couple of items from here as a birthday gift for a friend and prepaid the order. There has been no attempt to reach out from the customer service even after one month. They did not send an order confirmation or shipping email. Customer care keeps putting me on hold.

Friends birthday is long gone but printland.in has not updated me regarding anything.
Extremely poor service and there is a very good chance that this company is FAKE. Please don’t be duped. I will be registering a complaint with the consumer court and i urge all the other buyers who were duped to do the same.

We wanted all our student's name to be printed on their notebook, we ordered 70 notebook printed student's name, & surprisingly they provided me all all customized 70 book within shorten time.

It's fake institution. I have placed my order and no update after that.
No customer care. I have pinged through email via chat called to their customer care no response. It's a new way of doing fraud.

Best Place to buy combo products, We ordered 300 combo set in bulk of included Pen Key Chain printed with our company logo and our employee name individually. We have recommended their service to our Business Circle.

This company is completely fraudulent, They do not pay salaries to the employees and keep their salaries withheld for a long time. The government should take strict action on this company, I will take this issue to the labor court.

I did a big mistake, without reading the comments I have placed the order. So far my status in pending only and when I tried to reach customer care no response and in whatsapp also I pinged no response. Doesn't know if this is a genuine site or fake.in few comments I see they received late.this is my demo purchase to test the quality for my small farm. However by seeing the response I feel printo is far good. Price is bit high but atleast you will get the service what they committed.

Placed order on 2 April still order not delivered. It was depicted while placing order that it will be delivered in 10 days, but it's not still made.
On repeated enquiry with customer care, no reply. They see the message, but won't reply.

I don't have words for PRINTLAND. It was my wrong decision.while it was very small work to Printing a logo on 100 Envelops (12*10 inches).

It was a very very bad experience for me. I order on 08 March 2021. It would be delivered on 18 March 2021, as it was standard delivery time. But my bad luck it is so much delay in printing.according to me Printland is not able get any star.: (

This is a company from which I have been ordering from many years, I have given them 4 stars but I really wished if I could have given them 5 stars. I think if they improve their processes and work on shortcomings they can really come up as best custom printing solutions. My suggestion to them is just to be transparent to your customers if you face difficulties with the orders and situations. I have very high hopes with printland and will long for the day when I will edit this review to give 5 stars.

NEVER ORDER FROM PRINTLAND! The most poor customer service, firstly while placing the order discount coupons were not applying properly, the customer service team was clueless and unable to resolve the issue. After waiting for a week I placed order for few items on their website (thank God I didn't order all my requirements with them). After placing order I called their team to check if items will be delivered by date shown i.e. 27th March as I had a corporate event on 31st March, they confirmed that delivery will be as per schedule. Status as of TODAY is processing (Order# 100623997)!
I called on April 1, after several calls the phone was answered, I was told as the work on my order was not started I can cancel. It has been 5 days since that and no confirmation on the cancellation or delivery.

It has been the worst experience, I am never ordering from them again neither recommending to any of my friends or family.

I was a fan of this printland and purchased many customised gifts for many occasion. But this time it is ridiculous. I went through bulk order for power bank (Customised model) on express basis! After placing order and payment, they said that the model which i wanted is not available and suggested models were not as expected. Refund is not yet received and more than 45 days i'm waiting for my money! Now i registered a complaint in Consumer court! Poor response and follow up.
