HDFC Bank agents mislead the customer while giving loan. After the loan is approved, they tell you about the hidden conditions, be careful of them.

The Manager Santosh Kumar is very unresponsible guy.
We provided all the docs for open the account but he didn't consider and reply.

What is the passbook issuance process?
If any customer wants new passbook of HDFC, how can he gets? If passbook will be issue from any branch of HDFC if bank account belongs from any other branch?

I am kunika from West Delhi I have an account in this bank. I opened an account in this bank for 2 or 3 years. I did like their services and interest rates but Now I can this is a worst bank they cannot solve your query I have been complaining here...
