It was a great experience of mine and my granny with the clinic (including staffs and doctor). Doctor and staffs of the clinic are so polite and gentle. I have been taking hair treatment and my granny is taking Skin treatment.she gave me the exact and genuine medications and treatment and has also told me about the proper care and precautions. My granny had visited multiple doctors before reaching here. In starting period due to my misunderstanding to give proper dose of medicine to give my granny was improper soo the progress of recovery were slow. Them dr. Explain me well to take proper dose of medicine in correct way. Then what improvements was superb. I would recommend everybody who's facing any skin and hair related problem to visit here atleast once to get a proper diagnose, treatment, medications, and further care.

Very rude doctor. She doesn't have any etiquettes how to talk to her patients.

I visited her for my mother's skin treatment. She initially promised that the marks will get finished using her treatment.

I spent almost 25 thousand rupees as my mother had 6 settings with her and still the result was zero.

Moreover when my mother asked that they are not getting removed, she said to have a laser treatment now.

Moreover she was very rude with me as well and insulted my profession of being a teacher for which I can never ever forgive her. If you want to be respected you must respect others profession as well

Dr. Smita is very rude. She is a good doctor but her behaviour and the way she talks to her patient is not acceptable at all. She doesn’t know how to behave with the patients and with her staff too.
She takes her frustration out on her patients. A doctor should be polite, patient aadha theek toh vahi ho jata hai yaar jab doctor pyaar se baat karte hai.

Worst experience I have ever had with Dr. Smita.she is rude and impolite. She uses offensive language while talking with her and shouting loudly. She is very arrogant and become hyper quickly while talking with her.

I visited for a skin disease. She told specifically that I have to visit her 3 times. She said after 3 visits my problem will be solved. But even after visiting her regularly the problem remains the same. I recommend don't go to her clinic because it's just a waste of money & time. She is a pathetic & money minded woman.

Hello all patients, खराब क्लिनिक अनुभव हुआ है। बहुत बेकर। कभी सिफारिश नहीं करुंगी इसे दोचप्रिमई पर पहले भी अगस्त में पोस्ट किया था। मेरे एक मित्र का भी यही हैशर हुआ, इसली है समीक्षा को सभी रोगियों को पढना चाही।

मैं यही समीक्षा फिर से अपने दोस्त के झूठ भी लिख रहा हूं. डॉक्टर एक बहाने से जावब देंगे की वह मुझे और न ही मेरे दोस्त को जानेती है.

अव्यवसायिक, मुझे प्रतीक्षा में राखा, अमित्र, जलदाबाजी।

मुझे लगता है की इस डॉक्टर को डॉक्टर के पास जाने की जरूरत है। वह मरीज से बात करने के मूल शीशा को नहीं जाने देते। वह हमेश आपको अपने सामने छोटा दिखाने के झूठ बहुत उत्साहित रहते हैं। ऐसा लगता है की आप पुलिस हीरासत में पूछती है की जा रही है। बहुत ही गैर-पेशेवर और बेहद मोर्चा दोतर।

सलाह का शब्द: : इस महिला डॉक्टर के पास न जाने. और भी बहुत से बेहतर स्की हैं

Hardly any person will behave like this with anyone, as she does with her patients, without any reason, & she throws her tantrums on people.
And she behaves as if she is treating you for free.by showing favor.she should shame her for her rude and bad behavior at least being a doctor one should have some manners.
I wish I could give no stars in rating.

This lady is totally money oriented, she hardly listen to her patients rather suggests multiple procedures randomly like ye kara lo warna ye kara lo and so, she wont suggest you the right process relevant to your issues.

She will also not suggest you the precautions to be taken rather rely on the medicines only. She is more like a pharmacist selling her medicines and earning profits only.

Seriously speaking i doubt her degree now because not even 1% improvement in my skin condition rather it is even worse now…. The improvement she will claim would have been achieved yourself by very small amount of domestic care as well.

I know people want improvements very soon and so spend more money, trust me she is not worth it. So…. Dont waste you time and money. Overall conclusion…. NO

She fools everyone by suggesting her non effective chemical peeling to everyone just to grab money for every session. WORST DOCTOR! TOTALLY FOOLING PATIENTS.

Absolutely ridiculous doctor, she just don't know what she is doing and how it will affect the patient. I took my grandmother to her for itching issue for which she gave such heavy doses of medicine for almost 3 months that completely hindered the mobility, sleep cycle and affected her eyesight and also caused swelling all over her body.
It was a horrible decision to go to her which I am regretting now.
Please beware and do not go to her, because she will just book appointments with u and misguide u as she just want to mint money there.

Firstly she has to learn, how to talk to the patients. I have two time visited to her clinic for my child and myself about problems of skin related but still no benefits, no matter I will go the other dermatologist but the problem was her rude behaviour.in my first visit she criticized other dr. For there treatments.and now i become realised that the words was belongs to herself.in my experience literally she is very bad about her behaviour and her frustration put it on others.she is lady, that's why people dosent argue with her I thing so.

Dear Readers, Dr. Smita behavior is very rude and bad. I visited her clinic 4-5 times for my treatment because her clinic is located near my house. I had to face her extremely rude behavior without any mistake from my side.honest review from my side.

In my latest visit, I went to her clinic without my doctor's prescription, and she crossed the limit of misbehaving.

Finally, I have decided that i will not visit again such type of rude doctor.

She is very rude and doesn't know how to calmly talk. Being a good doctor doesn't give you the right to lash out at your patients. The doctor should behave kindly with her patients and try to be at least a little bit respectful towards the people considering how we are her source of income. I was sitting in the waiting area, while my brother and mum were in her room. We had forgotten the previous doctors prescription at home, which was wrong on our part, but she made such a HUGE fuss about it. I could hear her, practically screaming at them and humiliating them. She was very rude.

After all that, she gave the medicines and told us to show her the previous prescription once.

The way she handles with her patients and tone of this doctor is absolutely disturbing, such a bad experience. I hope no one has to go through what we did today.

Why is the treatment so expensive with so many sittings? U charged me but my skin condition got worse.will not recommend this doctor at all.u cant properly even do any kind of treatment with laser and other instruments.why u get angry if we patients ask any doubt? Hi have been visiting Dr. Smita for 5 months now for my obstinate Acne cyst. Prior to this have been to renowned Hospitals for the treatment but to no avail. Here from the very first month I could see the improvement. Dr. Smita explained everything in detail and showed the path of my treatment journey. I am more than happy to see my face all clear - without any acne at present.

Not only that she took care of the glow and the other important perspectives as well and guided with effective ointments.

Dr. Smita identified the disease in first sight and treated well. She listened me very carefully and told me about all the reasons in detail so that I can understand the whole issue of my skin problem. As, I was very worried due to this pandemic and many negative thoughts were coming in my mind (like black fungi tho nahi). She cleared all those doubts. She gave me 7 days treatment first but after seen my mental condition, she told me to start the treatment and come after 3 days. She told me that in 3 days, the issue will be completely gone. After 3 days, the problem was completely gone. When I visited again (after 3 Days), she explained me that I have to complete the medicine course else the problem will come again in future. Now I am completely fine. Thank you for the genuine treatment. I feel satisfied with her treatment. She is very passionate and a wonderful dermatologist. Hello my self Aamir, i am having fungal infection from last 3 month. I used some fungal medicine but there is no result. Than one day one of my friend suggest me to visit Dr Smita clinic. She is very experienced.after few days all my infection gone. I am very happy with her treatment. I would like to thank Dr Smita for her treatment.

Really, really disappointed. This review is going to be a long and a genuine one.
We visited Dr. Smita for my mum’s treatment as we were uncertain about the ongoing one, wanted to get a second opinion. I was sitting in the waiting area, while my brother and mum were in her room. We had forgotten the previous doctors prescription at home, which was wrong on our part, but she made such a HUGE fuss about it. I could hear her, practically yelling at them and humiliating them. She was very rude.
After all that, she gave the medicines and told us to show her the previous prescription once. Now, when asked about explaining the timings for whole dosage she said, she’ll explain it when we BUY the medicines and show them to her, which was very strange to me because. I had never heard a doctor explain the medication dosage AFTER buying them.
Anyway, we got the prescription from our home, and I went alone to her room as my brother was waiting outside.
Biggest mistake. When I told her that I hadn’t bought the medications yet, and had just came in to show the prescription, she lashed out on me as if I had murdered someone. “No why would you do this? You weren’t even here. You don’t know this-that” which again, is okay if I was genuinely wrong. The only fault of ours is that I went in without the patient, or the previous attendee (who, mind you, was right outside if she would’ve asked me to call him instead). I personally don’t think how it was such a huge deal, but okay. I would’ve apologised, even for nothing, if she calmly asked me to, but my god, this lady started screaming her lungs out. I was afraid she’d start throwing things at me. Lol. All of this, because I asked her to speak in a calmer tone with me. She started asking me about my profession, and what I do. Which I think is totally absurd, because it had nothing to do with our conversation. Then and there, I came to know of her arrogance and how egotistical this woman is. I kept on asking for the prescription, which she was refusing to give back. I just wanted to get out of there, but she made a whole scene. In front of all her patients. When she finally got to know, that I’m a student, she started moral policing me. “Is this how a student talks to a doctor? ” Like, come on! We have every right to enquire about the problem. She was talking as if she was doing us a favour by just talking. Ma’am, we are paying you. You can receive all sorts of educational degrees and qualifications, that won’t make you a good doctor if you don’t know how to form a good rapport with your patient. Your job is to make us understand what we’re dealing with, not yell at us for asking questions. The way she handles her patients and tone of this doctor is absolutely pathetic, such a bad experience. I hope no one has to go through what we did today.
