I came to Prohealth with an acute back spasm and unbearable pain in my lower back and legs. Dr Saurabh Mathur ensured that I got back to my normal fitness levels in about a month. I was counselled gently; the physiotherapy was planned and phased out and the best part of my recovery was that I achieved it without popping pills and painkillers. I was going to this clinic for my cervical problems and after taking physiotherapy sessions I am feeling much better now. The pain from 6 has come down to 0. The team of Physiotherapist are experienced and friendly.

1. Firstly, I consider myself to be very Lucky in having landed at the Prohealth Physiotherapy centre, Noida, with Problem in my Right Leg Knee due to overuse injury. There was apparently No viable solution visible to me prior to visiting the centre. The physiotherapist assigned to me was Miss Manju Vishkarma who right from Day 1 onwards took a Proactive approach in planning out my treatment with her Expertise & skill in the Feild. It was a student teacher Relationship, you come to the centre do the exercises & take back homework, as well. Excellent treatment balanced very nicely Care and support has helped me immensely in being able to perform all of the basic activities with an Ease & comfort.
2. Further, I want to put this on Record that my physiotherapist is Expectional, Hard working & also with a Focused Dedication. She is equally concerned about the queries for which her patience & understanding attributed to a
very Healthy Environment for going through the physio sessions.
3. I can't thank my physiotherapist enough through words but yes I am very HAPPY & Pleased to regain the Strength and Mobility of my Right Leg knee.

Dr. Saurabh and his team are fantastic. I began going to Prohealth after some mobility and balance challenges, and in a short duration I've already seen improvements. The centre is well equipped and during each session, the physiotherapist gives one-on-one focused attention and feedback during the exercises. Very impressed with the knowledge of all practitioners as well. Would recommend!

They do such amazing work at Prohealth Asia. It feels like magic. The physiotherapists know their stuff really well, because they have used many different techniques to rid me of my different pains and are helping me strengthen myself right now. My back and ankle pain has reduced drastically in just a few sessions. 10/10 recommend for anyone with any physical pain!

I started coming here few days back as I was suffering from severe back ache and before this I had already been to six Physiotherapist but the back pain kept cmng back and in just few sitting I am absolutely well. I came to Prohealth center after visiting two physiotherapy center, one is sparcc and cb physiotherapy and I tried both physio for a month.

I was diagnosed with tendonitis and pain between shoulder blade and spine and because of my profession I generally sit for longer duration in front of my laptop. Additionally I persue paragliding sport and most of my exercise concluded to running and a lot of hiking but Neha mam helped in realising I need to focus on combinational exercise because of my profession and my passion, after diagnosis, she helped me realising that my pain between spine and shoulder blade is because of my neck and I need to start strengthening it, including my shoulder and my core.

One more thing I have gone through the techniques called dry needling soo many times in these duration, but there are only few people mastered it including Neha mam and I didn't knew if performed correctly then is no one needs for machines like shock wave, ultrasound.

As an athelete and as an engineer I will highly recommend the center.

Very nice. I am very happy with Saurabh Mathur who is helping me with quick recovery. He is an Angel for me. I am keeping full faith on him.

I am currently taking sessions for ankle rehabilitaion and lower body fitness. When I had joined, running felt like a distant dream because of my ankle injury and an 8-month long pure sedentary lifestyle but now I am easily able to glide up and down flights of stairs. My calves, thighs and glutes have become much stronger than before. I express my gratitude to Dr. Anurag!
