Visited this hospital to see Dr Maneesh Paliwal Gastro Specialist! Great Doctor indeed, analysed my stomach issue carefully explained me everything, the moment I met him I knew I am in good hands! The hospital processes are also pretty smooth. A Good hospital for stomach and chest related organs.

My experience with Dr. DK Singhal is great and he is really a great doctor. It's almost 2 years that I am consulting with him and feeling better now.

My experience was not that good at PSRI. I had gone for my friend's consultation and booked appointment with one of their Doctors as she was having fever. After reaching hospital the reception lady said Dr is out for round and will return by 1.5 hours. First of all I was surprised that when appointment is already pre- booked on phone and I had reached before the OPD closing time how come the Doctor had gone out. Anyways when I asked the staff they told me to wait till the Doctor comes but as my friend wasn't feeling well and the staff there were not willing to ask Doctor on phone saying they can't phone him I was surprised. Then as a natural response I thought of going to emergency and went there and there also a new drama unfolds. During the time of discharge the Physician on emergency duty there was not willing to prescribe oral medicines and told to call the Doctor whom we were actually supposed to meet in OPD and for which they charged extra for his visit. I mean to say what is that so called emergency physician doing there if he can't write simple medication for fever and looting the public with heavy bills in the name of so called emergency usage for a low grade fever. I must say staff and management need to pull up their socks. Really pathetic. No coordination between staff and doctors. Even that Doctor whom we were supposed to meet in OPD was defending their staff who are anyways lazy bunch of guys.
Though I must say specially the Gastro and URO departments have very good and caring Specialists.
Guys going to Safdarjung and AIIMS is better for viral fever or in general health issues rather wasting time and money here.

My parents were provided an excellent service & they learnt new exercise which will be helpful to them in day to day activities.

Had a very amazing experience with PSRI Hospital and Dr. Bhushan Bhole. Staff is very co-operative and Dr. Bhishan is very a very good doctor, probably best in his feild and very kind person.

On 5th of June 2021, I received pain on my stomach and began increase gradually. It was never happened before. I do adjust with the pain, while thinking that it would be overcome after some time, but pain did not reduce. I was unable to realise wind, stool and even not in position to eat further, so approached to a Doctor in my locality in Mayur Vihar-1, Delhi after 2 days, who suggested me for ultrasound through which reflected multiple stone in my Gallbladder and advised further to admit in a good hospital. My wife approached to my cousin, who brought me in PSRI Hospital where I was diagnosed by Dr. Prashant Kumar came to the conclusion that one of the stone from gallbladder fell into CVD area and created infection in pancreas. Dr Prashant with help of his senior Dr Sanjay Chaure did miracle and save my life eventually. The frame during my treatment was do humble, punctual and command in their duties. I was hospitalized From 9 th of June and finally discharged on 22 of August 2021 after removal of my gallbladder and thereafter I use to go for suggestions and feel fit and fine. Again I convey my regards and thanks to Dr Sanjay Chaurey Dr Prashant Kumar Dr Anurag Mahajan and specially nice service facility available in PSRI Hospital, Saket, South District, Delhi.

Worst hospital service I had ever recieved. Nursing staff don't pay attention on patients. After making many calls they attend. This hospital is purely money making machine. Keep your patients at home instead of bringing here.

Very bad management. Even after taking appointment 2 days before you have to wait for 4+ hrs. No one to give you directions. You will have to find everything yourself. You will have to wait for doctor and you will never be told the exact timings. If you want to consult a doctor in PSRI then have a complete day in your hand. Fees and tests and too costly although you may find a good doctor here.

I was suffering from high stomach ache I visit to Kailash hospital noida the told me I have stone but there was no relief at all so I heard about PSRI hospital and I met Dr. Maneesh Paliwal sir he is very very much knowledgeable doctor he diagnosed my problem my was number was 411/1 and I received a very excellent service from them if we talk about cleaning, staff behaviour, food everything I liked it so much special thanks to Dr Maneesh Paliwal and all the nurses who took care of me

Worst services, worst doctors. Only money minded doctors. Visit charges is too High.
I have visited with patient (15 year old kid) and paid 1400 visit charges.
The doctor didn't checked any report, and he only saw the kid for 2 min. Without even examine her, doctor forced to admit her first, no problem, nothing has been informed us and directly asked to admit.
A doctor who charges 1400/- visit charges should atleast spend 14 min. With the patient. In my opinion that Dr. Is not applicable for awards like Padma Bhushan. It's only waste of money to visit such hospitals.

My experience in PSRI was horrible all the nursing staff are uneducated and illiterate. They misbehave with patients.they don’t know how to talk to a patient. They charge extra amount in bill. If you will ask question for the same they don’t have any answer. They ask you go here and there but no solution they don’t have.

Bad vaccine management. They have two queues and that is increasing the inefficiency in managing the queue. Scant regard for social distancing. Have seen CGHS managing this better. Wonder why they are charging the vaccine charges despite the poor services. Management should be looking into this and solving. On top of this, I still haven't received the confirmation that vaccination has been completed

Staffs are very bad especially the curly hair girl from xray room is the worst among all. Good thing is it's very clean. So I'm giving one star because of cleanest and the 4 other stars i didn't click it because of rude attitude staffs. Tell your staffs to learned something from the staff of Primus.

Worst behavior of the security guy on duty today at morning 10.30 am -11.00 am at the parking lot basement 2. Teach some behavior to all those guys whom your "customers" meet first. He should have been fired for his arrogance, irresponsibility, and negligence towards his job. He even kept his name tag hidden so that we can't see and report his rotten attitude.

We don't suggest anyone this Hospital.they are just looting people's.if you are go treatment for fever viral they make Rs. 35000/ to 40000/ just looting nothing alse. Poor nurse Staff n rooms charges very high without facility. They added extra items in final bill that you didn't use.

Very hygenic. Newly constructed rooms. Very cordial behavior of Doctors, Nurses & support staff. Best in class specialist for most of the critical diseases. Reasonably priced. This is completely my personal opinion which I have experienced during the treatment of my family & friends since 2018.

I'm writing this only for VACCINATION information: they don't vaccinate if there are less than 10people for getting the jab. You come here taking off or driving all the way but you won't know this rule and might return empty handed.

Pathetic services, half trained staff. Staff unable to manage even very basic patient issues. Perhaps, surviving as empanelled on CGHS, etc. A must avoid hospital.

Don't come here for paid vaccination. According to them, atleast a slot of 10 people should be present then only they will vaccinate you. So basically I have to wait here till the next 9 people will arrive (there is no specific wait time).
Writing this reviews while I am already waiting for more than 45 minutes now.

I am really thankful to PSRI. Especially the staffs. My wife had a critical case of appendix. Dr. Sanjay Shouray and Dr. Prashant Kumar handled it quite professionally. God bless them!

Worst hospital to get a patient into. The old building looks worst than a govt.hospital. Staff are very lethargic in answering. Everything takes double the time as compared to other hospitals. To complete all the paper work and discharge the patient they started the procedure at around 1PM and completed the whole process at 11PM. No arrangement for attendant for even sitting.

Doctors are good. Need to insrease parking space and security guard need to be little polite with visitors.

Dr. Kadam Nagpal neurologist treated my mother ver well. He listens to the problems very carefully and gives you the best advise. He has lots of patience in explaining everything about the whole process. I am very thankful to him.

An appointed nurse took money for Covid Test, and told us to take the slip from the reception. On reaching the reception, they said they didn't get any money. Upon calling the nurse, he thoroughly denied having received any money from us. We had to pay again. Taking advantage of a patient's sickness is a very sick action. I hope you do better in future.

The worst Hospital. I hv come across so far.team of butchers. This one is for Dr Sachin Saxena.the worst doctor and the worst human. After spoiling my father's case. He is saying I am not in town.consult a local Doc. I wish universe serve u the same soon.

Amazing hospital, doctors, nursing staff, support staff, pharmacy staff, security staff, tpa insurance desk staff, billing department, admissions department, dietician, food department, All in all top class experience, all very supportive and cooperative. I would give them 5 stars. My wife was admitted there for about 3 weeks, and we are 100% satisfied with each abd everything. Would highly recommend them to friends and family.

This rating is for Dr Gopi Khilnani - Chief Pulmonoligist at PSRI more specifically. While I am not questioning his expertise, I do question his attitude. My first experience with him when I contracted COVID went well. He was relatively patient and answered my concerns. However during the second consultancy some months later with the fears of the new strain fresh in our minds, Dr Khilnani was rude and not at all patient. For the 1500 rupees consultancy, he was unwilling to answer our questions on vaccine side effects and precautions to be taken with the new strain. His stand was that the consultation is meant to be a medical one. If one wants to get into the theory and discussion on Covid, he is not willing to do the same. The consultation lasted all but 6-7 mins. I would just like to remind the esteemeed and respected Dr Khilnani that either read the notes before consultation, where it was stated what we wanted to discuss, if you are unwilling to take the questions and refuse the appointment or address the patients questions even if they are clarifications on how to proceed in these uncertain times. Wish him the best, I'm sure he does his best and these are testing times for all of us but his profession as a doctor means he needs to be more empathetic and patient than he demonstrated in this instance. And yes, this is after making us wait for 2 hours on the original appointment 2 days back after which we insisted to re-schedule. I understand to an extent he was in an emergency procedure on the original appointment date, but the communication could have been better from him and PSRI even then.

They are not doctors they do only copy paste worst hospital don't fall into by hospital cover trust me.

We were giving appointment for 11 am on 15.04.21 and were told to report on time. Junior doctor had examined the patient at 11.15 and told us to wait till 12. Upon asking him, he told us that the main doctor usually comes by 12. I would like to understand, how the hospital can do this in such times, when covid is on the rise. Why would they want a senior citizen to wait for so long

This is one of the worst hospital in Delhi. My brother got operated in this hospital and the doctors are totally uneducated and failed to diagnose the exact reason of disease. Even one year after the surgery, my brother still struggling to get normal. DONT EVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL

The Physiotherapy Department under Dr Lakshay Bakhtiani is one of the best in NCR and a hidden treasure.the latest state of the art equipment combined with the positive and dedicated attitude of Dr Lakshay and his team is a real delight. I have been to multiple Physiotherapists in the last two years and had lost faith in the Indian medical system as i found it a money making racket but this was not the case at Pushpawati Singhania Hospital with any of the doctors be it Dr Lakshay or Dr kotwal.

I went to PSRI hospital for gallstone laproscopic surger and consulted Dr. Prashant Kumar, who is an experienced surgeon and understands patients concerns and advise best treatment possible. It was a pleasant experience. Hospital is clean, and has nice rooms, professional staff. I recommend the hospital.

Services are not par with the charges levied by the hospital, patients are not taken care specially aged ones. You call for help and staff dont appear untill attendant reaches out and shouts.

Dr. Neetu Jain such an arrogant and rude doctor. Instead of consulting her pls consult Dr. Satya Sahu.

Dr. Manoj Gupta surgeon no words for him he inserted pluerx catheter by watching video of how to do that.

They even didn't knew how to tapp water from that catheter. If any one want proof of the same I can share.

Last but not the least Dr. Nripen Saikia he is gem of a person.

Bad hospital and rude people. The doctor in the emergency department was so rude. He was only busy on his phone.

Actual Review of PSRI Hospital. One of the worst hospital I ever seen in my life. 1. I visited the hospital for my father treatment with Dr T S Kler, no doubt Dr Kler is an excellent doctor, but entire hospital is worse. 2. They treat you like a slave, if you want to make complain, the Hon'ble Admin is not available. 3. My father is suffering from paralysis, but PSRI is so rude that they even don't care to provide wheel chair and just for Rs. 60/- they don, t allow to get your car parked. If for installation of ICD under supervision of Dr Kler we are spending more than 5 lakhs, we can't give Rs. 60/-. 5. I registered my complain to Dr Kler staff that what ever happen i will never visit this useless hospital. Anyone visiting this hospital may think twice, because they only need money nothing else, forget about the quality treatment. 6. Hope Dr Kler will leave this place as soon as possible.

Very expensive hospital. Keep in mind that if your patient is in icu your daily coat would be minimum 40k-50k. You can ask anything to your doctor regarding your patient & they will clear your doubt. Doctor is experienced & they’ll treat you very friendly but the guard is not supportive. You’ve to be strict with the guard. They allow mostly two people in icu for visit that too one-to-one.

Admitted my uncle in ICU on 1st March 2019 under Dr. G. C. Khilnani and his team. Till now I am very satisfied with the treatment. Dr Khilnani and his team briefs patient's condition to the patient party very nicely especially Dr. Satya Ranjan Sahu.

PSRI is one of the best hospitals with equally great staff and advanced equipment for precise treatment. I am highly impressed by the professionalism of the staff and all their services. With all my experience, I can respectfully recommend PSRI hospital for any kind of medical care.

No staff available at Form filling counter.
Pen was not available to fill registration form as it was mandatory to fill form.
At information desk the registration process was going on! And when asked staff person ABHISHEK told he is only handling all the work! No staff wad available to help.

Better, this is good hospital for multy purpose and my patient is feel good in this hospital, i think i can say anybody to about this hospital, my patient is suffered from jaundice and some kidney problem and also liver infection, but cering is good, and my patient is improved so i recommend all of you you can visit this hospital.

Its a decent hospital close to Saket court and Saket mall. My relative was in ICU and the care and cleanliness was good at this hospital. ICU visiting hours are from 12 pm and 6 pm for 15 minutes.

Pushpawati Singhania Research Institute is definitely the best mulit-specialty hosipital’s in Delhi. The doctors are highly qualified and majority of them hold specialization in their respective field of work.

Excellent services at this hospital, I had a surgery done at this place, and the prompt diagnoses, quick reply, and efficient services make this hospital better than the other ones in the locality. I would recommend you to take prior appointment because the doctors remain busy all the time.

Dr. Shoma (hope spellings are correct) in Radiology dept.is very arrogant and shroud lady. She asked me to sign the consent form for ultrasound, where as she refused to explain me the procedure of the same, she never wanted to even tell me the time being consumed and when asked for the refund she guided me to some one else.and shut the door of her office on my face. The whole staff of PSRI is full of attitude and arrogance. Not a place for decent people.

My father is being treated here since 2013. No complaints as such with regards to the doctor and course of treatment, that’s the reason we keep coming here since then. However I am utterly disappointed with the nursing staff’s behaviour. In today’s time I understand everyone is hard pressed multitasking etc. But that isn’t an excuse to escape from your responsibilities. If you tell them a task it takes minimum of 30-40 min. They treat all the patients as if everyone is getting treated for free. I remember sitting there at ward with my father and there was some litter around the bed such as the cotton used by the cleaning staff, wrapper of syringe and other medicines the staff scolds me as if I am school going child and I have littered in that area. This has happened many a times in the past that the patient has passed stool in the bed as due to the medical reason patient cant go to the loo and when you ask them to send someone to clean it has taken more than 40 minutes. Now considering the hygiene of the patient and the other people around how irresponsible of them it is. They would just shrug their shoulders away by saying that I have other patients also to look after. All they are concerned about is to reset the attendant call button. Infant once my father fell from the bed as the side rail collapsed as he was leaning against in waiting for some staff to clean the motion passed in bed. I mean seriously, are you guys really interested in working or someone is forcing it upon you all? Such incidents are quite annoying and disappointing. Inspite of paying heafty fee at the hospital if we aren’t able to get the safe and clean environment for the patient why are we even coming there. Please look into these matters they are really very saddening.

My experience at PSRI hospital was greatly satisfying and I would surely like to recommend it to all my family and friends for a great treatment. The front desk staff is very professional and helpful and each one of them makes sure that the patients never face any trouble with during or after their treatment.

I got my mother in law checked by Dr Manoj Kumar last week. She was suffering from severe pain in stomach. After performing various tests worth ₹30000/- Dr Manoj prescribed a medicine for Pan Gastritis and didn't inform of any side effects of the medicine.
After taking that medicine, my mother in law got patches on entire tongue and mouth. Now, when I am consulting the doctor on his mobile, he is not entertaining the call and keeps on disconnecting by saying that he is busy.
I have never seen this unprofessional behaviour by any doctor, not even by a doctor in govt hospital. I must say that this doctor does not know how to speak and behave. My advise to other patients would be, if you are going to PSRI then please refrain from visiting Dr Manoj Kumar in gastro department. PSRI management should understand that they are charging heavy for doctors fees and tests then patients would expect the at least better behaviour from a doctor.

I visited the hospital to see my uncle who was admitted there. The hospital has got a few of the very experienced doctors because of which their services are excellent. The hospital is neat and clean, and quality care is given to the patients. I would suggest that if you have some serious medical condition, please consult the doctors over here.

I visited Psri hospital for my prostrate treatment. At first, I was really nervous but after few initial tests the doctor called me up and explained about the entire procedure and helped me build up my confidence to go ahead with the surgery. The doctor and staff members were very cooperative and helpful during my treatment. Undoubtedly the best hospital in Delhi.

We consulted PSRI for kidney transplant surgery of my father. Within week the hospital had a kidney donor ready. He underwent the long surgery under the guidance of the head surgeon. It’s been a month now and he is recovering well. The doctor is readily available at all the times
whenever my father has an emergency or pain. My father has got his life back, all thanks to PSRI.
