I had stomach pain, vomiting and loose motion, I felt very cold and they called me an alcoholic and gave me the wrong treatment, which did not help me in the emergency ward, after which I went again. The doctor again gave me the same medicine and made me feel bad. Show me in OPD after 2 days, saying this I gave up my mind and there is no treatment, no medicine, the pain was very severe, I was seen in Safdarjung New Emergency then I got fine, this was happening due to cold.

Very nice government hospital. Very polite doctors available. U can do every checkup free of costs

This hospital is a very good patients attend and the emergency 24/7 and attend the good doctors and good medicine
My experience

Very poor service, patients come multiple times for a single issue, medical line is to crowdy, no one single person here to manage all the crowd, also doctor are changing statement again & again, both mbbs senior hod surgen but statement are different, patient are confused which doctor they have trust for the problem, because every new doctor stated, another statement, after write the medicine doctors didn't tell the patient that need to take medicines or not because, patient is not aware what doctors write on slip, for a single little issue i need to came 7,8 times in hospital, here doctor available till 4 or 5 pm but still opd slip counter close after 11.59 they return to patients, no one take serious of patients issues. Hence very pathetic service i had see ever. Advice mot to go, but due to some financial issue patients need to go because there is all services is free but there is lots of problem issues & humiliation is also free

It's Delhi Government Hospital located in South Delhi in Malviya nagar. It's provide all medical facilities with all types test and medicines free of cost. You can go here for ur any kind of health issues

Please don't visit this worst hospital ever may be I'm wrong for some people who really got an excellent experience there but honestly I'm telling you if you want to visit government hospital in rush please don't go there. I visited there for my medical fitness attest for my admission in college and honestly i have hardly 3 days left and 2 Holidays included and the medical officer of cssd department keep ignoring me and deny all the time I requested him he talks very rudely and telling me I'm very busy these days come next week.
Do they suppose to behave like this?
No he's not opening his charity and offcourse he is getting a good pay there then why they are not doing their work. I request to the head of the hospital department please do something about this otherwise one day people like him who works in CSSD department will make everything worse.

I have to inform you related this hospital staff service we are starting hospital cleaning related are well baby care department starting hospital security ladies are not well behaving she don’t know how to be talked to a pregnant ladies she don’t have human sense and about inside defence department ladies doctors she is attended so many ladies parents but she is all not well behaving total over this government hospital 10/4 the doing work formalities.

Hospital is very good, almost every medicine is available here. This hospital is very clean.

Doctor behavior is too rude, we have been there 3 time we are waiting 6am to 3pm after that we got number then the doctor told to my wife come next week its coat or hospital my wife 5 month pregnancy still the doctor didn't check always makeing fool

You are not doing charity there, you are getting huge salary, and for that you were not forced, and you are supposed to treat you patients properly. We are waiting in front of OPD room no 210.but not any doctors are available even door is close. I have slip.as per slip timming is 8 Am to 11 Am.we are waiting in quee. I asked guard he said abhi aa jayenge jab time hoga to.now tomming is 8: 25 am

After waiting 4 hours in a long que at this hospital, My wife asked Doctor about level 2 ultrasound for 2nd trimester in pregnancy but Doctor said they don't have machine to do that,

Some staff behaviour very rude with patients. Dear management please update your staff and give carefully instructions or staff and doctor

Emergency block of this hospital is worse. They just prescribed you a paracetamol and even they had clearly say no to see my medical reports and told me to keep it in my bag they just refer you to go other OPDs. Doctors are just laughing and cracking jokes with each other. Worst management ever. Overcrowded and lack of facilities are their. Even doctors are doing back bitting that if this patient come to you just say this or refer him here.

Staffs and Doctor's are very genuine, inspite of being government hospital the facilities are very good.

If you think this is big hospital than please don't come because doctors will not see you before lab reports and lab reports you will not get in years

It such a worst experience in emergency specially for nursing staff, she does not have any manners how to talk with the patient and she was shouting on everyone.
I would request to provide some soft skills training to her.

Pathetic and horrible

3-4 patients are lying in a bed. One patient is lying on floor after giving birth owing to non availability of bed.

Gaurds are rude. The hospital doesnt have the requisite facilities.

Went for precautionary dose of covishield vaccine. Everything went smoothly. Was not crowded and came back satisfied

Good hospital for all the treatments but i can't find any dermatologist there, but i preferring safdarjung hospital for dog bite treatment, in safdarjung all the injections are available.
But Malviya Nagar is good for quick processing of your appointment. In case of emergency visit malviya Nagar.

No one care about the patient which comes in emergency.
When I go to admin staff they say demand more in hospital and supply of doctor's is less, so what we can do.

Let me share my experience
I went for checkup, he was using his phone, he said kya h i said thorat problem, the way he spkoe to me after that is quite rediculous. I have been to govt hospitals before but i have never seen such a bad attitude of any doctor.
Taking rudely, not taking patient seriously is not the waye i expected.
Also i was made feel like am wasting his time.
Please tell your doctors if they don't want to attend patients then don't but don't show this totally rediculous behaviour to them

Worst hospital with worst staff. The emergency part is more than worst. I went there after fracture on my foot but there were no one to address me. The X-Ray taking boy, The doctors and The person who suppose to do Covid test. No one is available there. I was crying in pain and no one came to check me up. After 2 hours of waiting in crying, I had to go to some other hospital.
Worst hospital specially the emergency's staff.

Very bad experience of children emergency ward doctors and misbehave to me and my mother. All staff is including inthis case and after few time that doctor have invisible on duty doctor.so I'm unhappy.

Worst behaviour of staff and doctors I creat video evidence out side but they didn't allow me to creat video evidence inside and the paitent was 7 months pregnant but the doctors didn't check her even they was doing mis behave and the lady doctor said down your voice other wise I will throw you out.

ये हॉस्पिटल तो अच्छा लेकीन जो कुछ डॉक्टर है वो Patient इतना दौड़ाते इतना दौड़ाते एक बार में देखना ही नहीं जैसे अगर आज किसी पेर टूट गया तो इतने देर से लाइन लगो फिर बाद में नम्बर आता ऊपर से बोलते आज दवाई लो कल आके दिखाना मतलब कोई मर रहा हो उसे कल ही दिखाना है न कि आज क्यों ऐसे में क्या होता कि कोरोना वैसे चल रहा ऊपर चक्कर काटना मतलब पैसे का कोई मतलब नहीं क्यों ग़रीब कहाँ से पैसे लेके आएगा हॉस्पिटल फ्री है बसों का पैसे तो फ़्री नहीं ऊपर से बस में बैठ भी नहीं सकते क्योंकि 20 से ज्यादा allowed हीं नहीं तो कैसे चक्कर कटेगा जिसके पास पैसे नहीं वो तो वैसे ही मर जायेगा डॉक्टर को मरीज़ के लिए रखते सोख तो होता नही हॉस्पिटल का चक्कर लगाने का मज़बूरी होती है इंसान की

Labour room have no icu. Rejecting to admin the patient who was in pain and after 8 hr accepting her the doctors are not looking at her they dint do cecerian because they don't have icu for critical condition and at last movment reffered us to safdarjang hospital baby died because of their negligence

Hospital is really good for those people who don't have enough money for medical emergencies. Hospital opened at 7: 30-8: 00 am for public to register or to stand in queue for all the medical services.
Each and every services provided here is free of cost and they don't charge a single rupee if all the issues has been handled by them and if they refer you to any outside private hospital then doctor will fill the form and all the outside facilities are also free.
Only problem here is that for every thing you have to stand in a long queue and wait for around 2-3 hours to get the registration slip then again stand in a queue and wait for 2-3 hours for check up and finally stand again in a long queue for 2-3 hours to get the medicines.
In between if the doctor suggest some test then again same cycle will repeat.
Doctors behaviour also not good they talk rubbish some times and looks like some illetrate people is doing his or her job.
Overall - Tough Experience

Labour room doctor very rude they didn't check pregnent lady properly. They insert hand and revolved to pregnent lady. They said pata nahi kaha kaha se a जाते है हमने अपना घर और फॅमिली को छिड़ के आना padta hai.

No sitting arrangement and no extra benches, all staf parking are clear and no vechicle park then staff parking area guard are missbheave for patients hospital washroom not be cleared and smoking a washroom, hospital backgate and front gate a tea stall a sale cigarette and most dangerous products to be sale
Canteen food also poor and doctor are good

Worst worst worst hospital i ever seen in my life, docors are mannerless, donot know how to behave, especially, ladies doctor such a bad attitude.waste of time nothing else.

Junior doctors have not a good knowledge and even they have less confidence. Plz try to be sit 1 junior with 1 senior doctors. Even I have notice some doctors are doing a time pass and not taking a seriousness about a patient. Delhi Gov plz look matter seriously.

All the facilities are good. Only problem is pharmacy. People standing in long queues but pharmacy staff are on their break and people are waiting for hours.

Good medical facility with no money. I was there specifically for skin medication. It went good. She told me that it will take 4 month and you have to come here every 14 day. At first, it looks big but i think my patience and discipline was rewarded. Problem solved and cheers
