Punam Flutes (Bansuri)

I ordered 5 Flutes from PUNAM Flutes, specifying no engraving and No Om Symbol. I asked for no engraving of the seller's name, but unfortunately, the seller's name is mentioned on the flutes, on the Inside of the Bamboo Flute.
If I'm promoting Subhash Flutes, I should receive the flutes free, or should I be charged accordingly? Just like he is giving all GuruJis Free. So they Play his Flutes.
I tried to call them to resolve the Problem. But their Team seems to be Confused. And yesterday multiple time they put my Call on Hold. Typical, New Delhi Style Response.
Then finally when one of their Staff answered, he informed me a Big Lie. Saying all Flutes are written with Subhash name on the inside. They make Mistake, then they lie, to the Customer.
Their Customer Service is Horrible. And people answering the Phone at Punam Flutes have no clue how to handle the Situation.
Folks, if you plan on Ordering Flutes from Punam Flutes.which are very High Priced. Think Twice.
Do not waste your hard earned money. Don't be fooled by all the Blogs on Punam Flutes Website. They are Paid Blogs.

Myself Dr Lalit, i work in MOH Kuwait as an anaesthesiologist. Today came to Punam flutes workshop in Okhla, Delhi. I met Subhash ji in person and he gave a wonderful tour of his workshop and explained and showed how flutes are being prepared and tuned. I was surprised to see himself checking all the flutes himself multiple times so minutely before shipping. He gave me flute accoring to my blow and my climate in Kuwait. I was overwhelmed by the gesture and hospitality he offered to me. I will visit again for sure in my next trip for sure.

Subhash Thakur ji, I met him few years ago when I was a beginner in flute, He is most decent person I ever met, he guided me thoroughly about the flute, he guide me how to hold the flute and correct position of neck, hands, fingers and lips then according to my level, he suggested me to start with C small flute, he himself made my C Small flute on front of me, he ask me to blow the flute to check my position of lips and blowing style, in few minutes he amazed me by his work, how he converted simple bamboo into a beautiful flute with amazing sound. Since then I have bought around 7 different flutes from him including (Small G, E, C and Base flute F, G, E, D).

As a person, He is decent, Down to earth, Ready to teach, Ready to Learn, Always give respect to others and very humble personality, he speaks very politely, in first meeting I felt like I know him from years.

Subhash Thakur is an excellent flute maker and a very good person. He's genuinely helpful to the customers and accommodates them in any way.
