Being dissatisfied with the misbehaviour, unprofessional & non-cooperating working style of staff of PNB, branch Pocket-J, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi, I stopped transacting with the said branch. Recently I contacted the current Chief Manager of the branch, Mr. Anil Balyan to close my account. Mr. Balyan, in a very humble & polite manner tried to know as to why I want to close my account but I was so fed-up and annoyed with the services of the branch that I didn't want to discuss anything regarding it & was adamant to close my account. Mr. Balyan requested me again & again to know the reason of my said decision by saying that "sir it is your prerogative to continue or not your account with us but being head of the branch it's my duty to know as to why our valuable customers are getting their account closed". Then I disclosed to him about the misbehaviour caused by staff & very poor and sub-standard quality of services being provided by the branch. Even the staff of the branch had refused to print my passbook several times. Then Mr. Balyan immediately resolved almost all of my problems then and there and he further assured me to not face any problem in future. It was my first meeting with Mr. Balyan and I was so impressed and happy with his behaviour as well as his working style that I immediately left the idea of closing of my account. Thereafter, whenever I visited the said branch, I always got a warm welcome and very fast and smooth working even better to any private bank. Now I am glad to express that I am more than fully satisfied and pleased with the working of the said branch under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Balyan with a feeling like 'work is worship'. He is a very polite, efficient and capable officer. I can say that he is an asset to PNB. So many thanx Balyan ji for giving such a wonderful service to the residents of Sarita Vihar. I wish you a very bright future ahead.
Manager is attending the customer better than the private bank and such kind manager actually deserves in this bank. It is one of my best experience i had ever in my life with this branch manager Mr. Anil Balian.
My family has multiple accounts at PNB, Sarita Vihar but we were not happy with the customer service of the branch and rude and arrogant behaviour of its employees, so, we wanted to close our accounts. But the manager of this branch, Mr. Anil Balyan greeted us with utmost professionalism and hospitality. He told us that he had recently been transferred to this branch. He requested us not to close our accounts and to wait for some days. He also assured us that all our issues will be resolved and that we will not have any complaints from the bank. So, we decided to give another chance to the branch and waited for a few days. But since then, Mr. Balyan has provided excellent customer service. He truly went out of his way to ensure that my experience at the branch was a positive one. Recently, I visited the bank and I was shocked by the excellent customer service provided by the staff. They were always polite, friendly, and they ensured that my banking needs were met. Even during peak hours, they managed to maintain a high level of efficiency and service quality. Now, I do not have any complaints from the branch or it's employees. In addition to that, Mr. Balyan's knowledge of the banking industry and attention to detail is impressive, and his professionalism, and dedication to his customers is truly commendable.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with the level of service provided by this bank branch and the manager, Mr. Anil Balyan. And I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a bank that values customer satisfaction. Kudos to Mr. Balyan and his team for their outstanding performance!
The staff is very helpful and friendly. Always assists their customers if there is any query or information needed. If we have faced any issue they have always resolved it.
Since Mr Anil Baliyan has taken over as Branch Manager, banking at this PNB branch has become a pleasant experience. He leads by example and the entire staff is very customer friendly. They make it a point to facilitate the clients well for their banking requirements. I wish them all the best.
मैं लगभग 30 वर्ष से सरिता बिहार की PNB ब्रांच का सपरिवार ग्राहक हूँ। मुझे अपने इस बैंक की सेवाओं पर गर्व है और इस बात का भी ग़ुरूर है कि मैं इसके प्रथम आठ खाताधारियों में एक हूँ। यूँ तो यह बैंक लगातार प्रगति करता रहा है लेकिन पिछले छह सात महीने से इसकी प्रगति में बड़ी गति आयी है। उसका कारण यह है कि प्रबंधन और कुशल हो गया है तथा आज की आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप है। डिजिटल ट्रांजेक्शन बहुत सहज हो गए हैं और व्यवहार बहुत मधुर। मैं इस बैंक की उत्तरोत्तर प्रगति की कामना करता हूँ। —सपरिवार अशोक चक्रधर
