Just visited their dwarka mor and nsit store to get mustard oil only when I told them I need 2 canisters of that they didn't let me even after they refused other store too to not give if he doesn't agree tell him we'll not take UPI or card if you do so we'll be charging 50rupees up and if you don't do these prices will remain same.

Good Grocery Mart, with all products available under one roof, that too with good discounts and offers.

Though a big store with good range but owner don't care about customers. I have a Sodexo Card and this shop charges extra on Sodexo cards, around 2%. I raised issue with the owner. Told him there are no such charges at More superstore and Rajdhani Store. To my surprise he shown me a notice that they will charge extra on Sodexo Cards, I may not buy from his shop in that case. Very rude behaviour. They are charging wrong cess on cards. Every staff behaves rude. Beware.

Good place to purchase groceries. Most of the products are available and quality is quite fine.

Their name is selling, nothing extraordinary, prices of goods sold are higher as compared to other supermarkets in the area and off course when we compare it with e grocers.

It's a big store with variety in grocery. You can get almost everything in grocery. Discounted pricing. Lentils are good quality and best pricing. Staff is helpful. I can vouch for ground floor but prices in the first floor shop are too high and quality is not so good.

Wide range of household items available. Cleanliness is also good but the quality of packed fruits is doubtful.
These loose fruits were being packed in the open behind the cosmetic outlet on the ground floor without any hygenic standard and safety

Biggest chor in the market, they swiped my card twice and they charged me for something which i did not even buy. And on top of that their staff is so rude. Plz check your bill before you exit the store. Plz count everything you buy coz they will add something in the list which you dint even buy.

It's was better place to shop groceries earlier but now it not like that.staffs are rude. Behaviour changed.

One of my favourite grocery stores. Everything I cannot find anywhere else in dwarka, is available here. They also have an attached bakery, it's products are really good. They have a variety of freshly baked breads and cookies at reasonable prices.

One stop shop for all the bakery ingredients you need. Some baking equipments are also available at the 2nd floor.

Good for your grocery shopping and also lots of other item are available, this is the 2nd shop of puran 1st one is available on Najafgarh Road this is the second outlet of purana situated on main dwarka Road, parking is available for car.

Worker are not good they don't know how talk with customer like they said that If you have budget 100rs to above than you can buy from to here.otherwise don't come here (mainly counter person I asked the person name than he told to me his name is Pardhan of puran) So friends If you have more than 100 rs than you can go there not go for single product which below 100rs

Customer handling is very bad, they don't even talk properly to customers. Even management don't say anything on misbehave done by staff with the customers. Just less price won't work with everyone. Good to visit other options like easy day, reliance fresh etc.

Hi All, I am very disappointed to their coworkers in Puran store to be very honest they don't know how to treat customer. I waited 20 mins for billing but no one is answering. Even 4 customers also waited for the same. Improve it puran.

Near dwarka mor, it is a great shopping place where you can find almost all of your daily needed products. They have almost every product that you'd require from toothpaste to pressure cookers, they have it all. What's even better is that they offer you price less than the MRP if you are buying something for more than 200 or 300. They accept payment through paytm and cash. The staff is also good and helping. If you are nearby, you should try this place. I've been living in Suraj vihar since 2017 and PURANS is my go to shop for almost every kind of essential commodities. Try it. You'll love the experience.
Ps: They also accept payment through Debit cards.

Friends, I know puran store from the days his father used to have shop in Hastal Market. It has been more than 20 years I am regular customer of puran store in Uttam Nagar plus Dwarka Mor. They offer wide range of products with rates cheaper than other shops in some items but some items are exorbitantly highly priced. They offer good range of bakery products. Quality of bakery products is also good. Tried their Raisin, chocolate, vanilla cakes. Many bakery items are good enough.

In Dwarka Mor puran store over the period of time;I have realized that staff attitude is major problem following many incidents so I have stopped visiting the store.
Not just staff but owner (Dwarka store;one of the brother) also has developed ego because of business and money but not to forget their Grandson is very good in nature who takes care of Dwarka store.

Incident 1 which happened more than 6 months back: The Manager Suraj Rawat (the person with specs) is very rude with customers and only does billing for the customers who have only 1 or 2 items. That too in very slow mode.
Secondly he never pays heed to customer requirements/query complaint is far ahead.
Thirdly: I bought 3 kg (Makka) @Rs. 35 per kg (when the same was available in market for Rs. 25 per kg) from the store but this guy charged me for the carry bag Rs. 7, on enquiring that he must have given me white poly bag for this small item. This guy replied in rude manner "Lena hai to lo Varna rahne do".

Incident 2 which happened just in lockdown in the month of May 20:
The old person standing at the back counter of the shop from where we get dry fruits, sugar, rice etc. I asked him uncle ji where is sattu (Roasted Bengal Gram powder). He informed me to ask from another sales associate directing towards him. I reached there asking him, many times I asked that guy but he doesn't pay any heed neither I was able to find the same myself. I returned to the counter asking for his assistance but instead of assisting me he rudely said "To find myself". In earlier incidents also he misbehaved but I ignored considering his age.
This person has a habit of giving unnecessary advice to customer in taunting way.
Moreover this person charged me phitkari (Alum) at Rs. 180 per kg while the same is available in Market at Rs. 50 per kg.

Following these incidents I have stopped visiting both the stores and wish them growth following these attitude with customers when customer is already paying them prices above market ceiling price.

I am disappointed alot because employees treated badly. Somehow it's much expensive rather than other stores.

I am going there from my childhood. There prices are very good and reasonable. Staff is very cooperative and nice in nature.

Great place to get your daily needs item in one place. Only issue is crowded area and no one is asking customer to follow the govt guidelines.

Wide range of products available including ayurvedic products / medicines of Patanjali and Sri Sri. You'll find everything under one roof: grocery, vegetables, fruits, bakery, utensils, gift items, toys, stationary, cloths. All this and much more in very reasonable prices. Try it once if you live nearby.

This is a sweet shop & a very little restaurant like place. Quality of sweets is good here.rates are on slightly higher side since this the only shop to have ok quality sweets. But he chairs & tables they have are very dirty & sticky.it seems they never bothered to clean them. It is just below the dwarka mor metro station so the shop has a good ppace to attract customers

A good spinoff for Spar, Big Bazar etc. But still gives you a Kirana Shop feeling. Can be more systemized.

Store is pretty huge and the quality is fine too. The prices are high and it is what is expected if the person observes the quality and cleanings they do.
