Don't buy the RO purifier of this brand.there products are just useless and gets damaged again and again. And when you try to reach the customer service they will only make fake promises to you and ask you for the charge the amount of product. The most corrup buisness i must say i have experienced till now.i am facing the issues from the last few months but they are just charging the amount of money all the time.and did not repair the product at good. Fed up from these RO service.

Fraud company, they took 500rs from me as an advance to change the filter of my water purifier, but the never changed the filters or refunded the money

Extremely bad experience. If possible I would have given them a negative rating. Never take their AMC. Their response time to a water problem is 72hrs. 0 customer satisfaction. The person who come to fix the problem are also rude and will not wait for u to check if the system is working fine. Since I have taken AMC, every month RO gets some issue and then they do not come before 72hrs. Highly unprofessional behaviour by the staff. Their so called engineer staff get commission on AMCs and they sell u. They are based out of Delhi and do not disclose this when they are selling you AMC. For a new complaint they will send a person immediately, but after purchasing their AMC, u can forget the good service. They already have your money in their pockets and now the customer is at their mercy. They are running fraud business in name of Pure water.

I got services from Pure water on 22nd Nove'2021, which was 1 time service and cost was 4000Rs. After service, my RO has same problem and they are sending their engineers (7 Engineers have already visited) again and again but no one is able to fix the issue till now and after 3 months they requested me to change another part which cost 1000Rs and i did that but after changing this part, issue is still same.
The service is very pathetic and no professionalism in their staff.
"VERY WORST EXPERIENCE".
If anyone get call from them or you find them anywhere, just SAY NO to these frauds.

Pathetic service, My RO stopped working after their service and even after follow up for days, they didn't turn up for repair. Worst experience I ever had in maintenance and services. I regret my decision of selecting this company

Worst service i have ever seen. They had taken Rs. 4800 for one year complete service of RO. Whenever I called them for service, they told me that they would be coming tomorrow and it's been 8 days they didn't come.

I must tell you that don't buy any AMC or any other services from this vendor.

Pathetic service.we used to call them every day they were telling technician coming within this time but not coming and these thing continuously going by 7 days they r not came till now.very very worst service provider pure water. I personally suggest plz dont go for amc or any other service. U will just only waste u r money.

They are totally irresponsible and totally unprofessional in their services.

They charged full amount for the service of RO and badly set the TDS of the RO that it came around 50. Now they are not responding on phone calls, even one of their technician who came at my place (Lalit Kashyap) told me to call their customer care now as he will not come to see any problem post service.

They have simple approach to take money from the customer's pocket and forget them for any post services issue.
There are just a total WASTE OF MONEY.

Charging 250 for 1 filter candle which on Amazon is 229 for 2.and charging 200 rs only for candle changing. No other service being done.

PLEASE DON’T TAKE ANY SERVICES FROM THEM.

They cheat, take a much higher charge for AMC than other market players. The parts they use for servicing are third grade. Their customer service is atrocious. I put up with them for a year because I had already paid. Never letting them near my house again. If I had the time and patience, I would file a consumer court complaint against them. Disgusted.

This company representatives pose themselves as Kent RO. They have managed to hack the Kent RO database and steal all customer records to the extent where they know when the AMC is expiring.

Pathetic service with 3rd class attitude of employees towards customers. " Let's you pay AMC charge and then you will suffer whole year.

The worst service ever, owner is not available and staff is rude and a obnoxious and say very clearly that I cannot talk to owner. They charge double for all parts and do not even come for service on time in Amc. The RO is performing worse after their technicians have touched it. The owner has to be available to talk to us. Pls do not use this company ever. The girls in customer care laugh and make fun of you and act very cocky and high handed.

They are a bunch of cheaters, the technicians are not knowledgeable.
The contact person starts avoiding your calls (Preeti) if you call up for followup of the "half work" that the technicians do! Since two weeks she's (Preeti) having lunch and in meetings whenever you try calling her up to get your issue resolved. Initially she was the one who said that she will be te FPOC for any queries/complaints and shared her personal number wherein she also asked us to transfer 11400 for a yeary contract, it's not even two weeks but my problem persists with the water purifier and they started avoiding my calls.

I never knew I would end up in a situation like this.

Pure water has very bad services. It’s a fraud company. They never attend the call of castumer. Receptionist has no manners how to talk to costumers she always lie. It’s fraud.

We are extremely annoyed by the services by pure water. Staff is very non cooperative. We are stuck up by doing AMC. The service technicians mention “service done” even without doing actual service. Extremely pathetic behaviour by staff. False commitments. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

I purchase a AMC from these frauds, when i felt any problem in My RO, their technician came and ask for money after having AMC, when I report to them they told they will send another technician, its 3 days gone there is no technician till now and they don't pick calls as well.very worst services they are making fool in the name of AMC.
I am going to take legal action against them.

Request you to everyone pls don’t buy any amc through this company. I am following with last 15 days these are commitments with we are coming but any one no visit our location last 15 and this company employee are talking like feber on me and talk roughly. One of the worst companies ever. We were newly shifted to a rented accommodation. Fraudulently entered my house saying they have been providing the service from previously and took money. I have been following up for refund or further service but are doing none. You can see in reviews that only one user has given them 5 star that is their employee only. Please do not fall in their trap

Wish I could give a 0 rating. The guy claims that my motor is busted and replaced with his old motor claiming it to be new. 5 months later the motor breaks again and they ask me to pay for new motor. They will force you to take AMC and always use old, refurbished parts during repairs and make a fool of you. On confronting them, they said go ahead put a review.so here is my review.steer clear of this company. They will milk you and customer reps will hang up on you when you call to complain. HORRIBLE

Dont want to rate as very well said by others, big cheater, if u do not change any part as suggested by them they will damage ur RO in such a way that u have to call them again for servicing in a day or two and agai they will charge for that visit.
