Puri Emporium

I went to browse for bridal lehengas. The staff was decent but someone from their staff intervened out of nowhere and tried to create a sense of urgency saying that if you don’t buy today the product may not be available again. The staff member was unnecessarily rude. They were basically trying to gauge if we will buy the outfit today itself otherwise they wouldn’t put in any effort.

Additionally, the lehengas they have are way too outdated and shouldn’t attract a quality customer base. It is much better to go to either Chandni Chowk or a good designer. The shopkeepers are humble and they make real effort for brides to be and don’t try to push them to pick the outfit there and then.

Really bad experience. You need better staff to be catering to people.

I had placed an order with Puri Emporio after the sales girl assured me that it will be shipped that very day so that it will reach my place within 3 days. To my surprise the order was shipped after 3 days.
Talking about the product, design looks nice, the quality seems okayish. My size wasn't available so they suggested they will alter size M to my size. I am not happy with how they have altered the outfit. Its not neatly finished + they forgot to size down the bottom.
This was my first purchase from them and I am highly disappointed.

I recently traveled from Lucknow to Delhi to attend a family function, I realized that I hadn't packed the appropriate attire for the event. Desperate to find a solution, I stumbled upon the Instagram and saw page of Puri Emporio, and buddy, am I glad I did!
The staff at Puri Emporio was incredibly friendly and attentive. I eventually settled on a breathtakingly beautiful suit that I couldn't take my eyes off.this is the best Wedding dresses shop in Delhi

The family function turned out to be a huge success, and I received numerous compliments on my outfit.

I am very disappointed.alteration was very bad then I wanted to talk to owner the staff was not allowing to talk.very bad experience.please don't go to this shop honestly.

We had visited them in 2016 for our daughter marriage.
We keep recalling the experience.
It was a very delightful experience.
Variety of stuff, Quality, Staff and Gift packaging were excellent.

From the ready made section I purchased lehnga and after alteration I received unfinished product with missing hook I told them specifically to add. They hurriedly gave me my package saying that they have finished my lehnga and it has been packed after finishing so just check blouse fitting and I was in hurry too and since this shop holded good reviews I trusted them which I regretted later and specifically for this reason I want to rate it 1 star

Value for money and lot of good options for ladies dressing material and clothing. Parking could be a challenge.
