PVR Anupam Saket

It's an out dated movie where seats are not at all comfortable and ticket cost is high. It's the worst pvr have visited till date.

I am appending to my below comment as PVR stopped below fraudulent practice after my below comments.

NEW FRAUD AT PVR
BEWARE of frauds. PVR is trying to charge you Rs 800 for Rs 200 ticket. This is example of how it works:
1) When you go to PVR saket and ask for 1 ticket. They will add Rs 100 additional (without you knowing). If you ask for 1 ticket for show that is of Rs 200, the staff at counter will say that ticket is of Rs 300 and they are giving a food voucher if Rs 100 free. You will be happy that you got Rs 100 free but they did not even tell you that ticket is Rs 200 and charged you Rs 100 extra

2) Now that you have Rs 100 voucher, you will buy popcorn/Pepsi to use the voucher. This is minimum Rs 600 inside.
Thus, you paid Rs 800 for Rs 200 ticket. The staff says that they have a target to sell F&B.
They have a separate computer or corner of you want to just pay Rs 200 and staff keeps this computer shut down. They would start it only if you say that I just need a ticket and no voucher.

A very ambiance and nice staff with perfect lighting for the evening and it could be one of your favourite places in no time if you visit there and spent some time and enjoy their hospitality.

The theater at PVR was an absolute delight. The sound and picture quality were top-notch, providing a truly immersive experience. The comfortable seating and spacious layout made for a pleasant viewing experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The variety of snacks and refreshments available added to the overall enjoyment of the experience. I left feeling thoroughly entertained and satisfied with the entire outing. I would highly recommend the PVR theater to anyone looking for a first-class cinema experience.

Cheaper than nearby movie halls. But seats are not great. And the crowd is also not that good.
Major complaint: why don't they allow bags inside? Ok fine if they don't but then why don't they have a baggage counter? It seems like they have a deal with the nearby shops. They ask you to keep your bags in nearby shops where you have to pay some money. Something needs to be done about this.

Updated review: It has become so much better now that it has been taken over by PVR. The screens are great. Seats are perfectly comfortable. No issue with baggage anymore.
The market outside the cinema hall is still dirty and in bad shape. But the movie theater is great.

Good place to watch movie and hangout with friends. You can buy many things there too and different types of meals are also available

Good community market in saket area, Domino's, MC MacDonald, Pizza Hut, burger King along with a cinema hall PVR and all important shops are available in this compound

Coool place to hangout with your friends watching movies, eating and other activities, you can even buy some cool accessories anime marvel posters, t-shirt and so on from local shop, would recommend visit it once.

Place is having great ambiance and kind of peace place. Food and beverages quality was really good, enjoyed having desserts. Service was at satisfactory level but by optimization of process they can reduce time for cooking.

The Hall is shut down for 2 years without clear announcement as it was for sale. However the sale didnt happened and if it opens anytime later, be sure to park your cars safely as theft happens in night time shows. Crime is common here. PVR has came back.

It is a good theatre but the cost of food inside it is very high, I think they have to reduce there price.

Those who live near saket with their girlfriends or newly married I would recommend them to take their girlfriends or wife. They will love this place.

The creation of jini dosa not only looks good but it taste delicious!

The place is ao dirty, I went there in rainy season and it was full of water all around very bad drainage system. It was 7 in the evening when I went there and people there were just shouting and dancing in the dirty water. As they were drunk.

A place to sit over with a cold coffee whenever u have nothing to do and still want it to be happening. I wish i could have clicked the internal cafe pics ️

Visited bistro57 few days back loved the cold coffee because no sugar was added!

Ambience is good and crowd is also fantastic, you will get all snacks that can be eaten with tea or coffee

No proper management of staff.a single person is handling everything.counter.taking orders.cleaning tables.everything.no space available for sitting.less sanitation is there.will never recommend this branch

Best movie place. Visit with your family and friends. Watch south Indian movies. I enjoyed malayalam movies here with my friends. Gets food service as well.

Theatre seat arrangement is not god, first 5-6 rows are on the same base. Please be aware before booking the ticket.

Great place for cheap movie tickets.
The leg space is extremely small
The seats are tiny. It so uncomfortable to sit and watch a good long movie.
I am 6ft and it was so uncomfortable that I had to raise the seat arm and fold up my legs.
I don't recommend buying the packaged drinks they almost double the price. I bought a tropicana can which is generally 30INR costed me INR 90.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

The chairs aren't good here. Screen is quite large but you'll find linings in the screen clearly which somewhat affects the video quality. Sounds are normal.

A good place for a movie or a fun night out with friends and family. Wish it were a bit more economical, but that's about it's only issue. Most eateries around are also a bit on the expensive side, so plan accordingly.

It was the first PVR which was opened in the country but now it has lost his charm and it's been neglected nowadays
Even the banner displaying the name of movie and timings is also not updated.
At present the banner is displaying the poster of a movie released in the month of September.

Movie theatrbis by far the worst i've been to, very stuffy and scary, with seats that are too tiny for adults, with no leg space for a person 5'7" tall and above. Food, be it classis popcorn or coke or a pixza or burger, its all just too bad. Only the masala fries are worth tasting for once.

Not value for money though the screen is decent tha seatings not at all comfy for a person with height 5,5 is not able to sit.

Not a bad place to spend an evening watching movies or a quick bite of KFC dominoes or other restaurants in the vicinity

I like it. Everything is available and all facilities like water, toilet and all food items are available. Cinema hall is good and screen is too good. Comfortable seating and out of cinema everything is available. Clean area, quiet place, no crowd.
Parking available is good.

Want to watch a movie and not able to get a movie ticket. Go to PVR Anupam. One of the worst PVR in NCR. Located near the community center the place has some pocket friendly places nearby

The seats are broken don't recline and it's a pain to watch a movie here. Yeah the popcorns and other snacks sold are over- priced

The Gentry is below standard and the place stinks like anything.

This PVR should be the last option if you don't get a ticket for the movie anywhere else.

The movie theatre is not what it used to be long time back when PVR opened here. Now it's a very mediocre movie hall although inside the movie experience will be same as other PVR theatres but seating and all are not the same. On the flip side one can buy tickets at comparatively cheaper rates than other cinema halls in South Delhi also the ticket rates goes a bit lower after few weeks of movie release thus it will not put burden on your pocket.

Is it actually even PVR. I mean, I am 5'11 and I could not comfortably sit. The seats are so tiny and the arm rest also does not come up. I somehow managed. Not watching any movie here for sure.

The review is meant just for the PVR and not the area around. The vicinity next to it is great.
But this particular PVR has some weirdest rules. For example - they don't allow you to take your bag inside and they don't have any service/place to keep your bags. So you end up in an embarrassing situation.

Nice big hall for movie. Screen was great but sound was average.also surrounding was average.means just a casual spot for movie.

The seating is too cramped for comfort as when the person in front reclines in his/her chair, one sitting behind is unable to even stretch his/her legs a bit and has to sit erect.
The seats, too, are not good enough. They force you to pay ₹10 towards some really tasteless peanuts and making it part of the ticket charges, whereas the printed ticket does not reflect those ₹10 as charged from customer.
