PVR Cinemas Dwarka Sector 21

The hall is good with comfortable seats.
My shock was when I asked the staff if they have a first aid kit and no one had any clue. The mall doesn't have a pharmacy so it's quite shocking as I believe it will be a necessity to have a basic first aid kit or staff trained for an emergency. The staff failed miserable. You need to look at protocols of safety.

Visited PVR cinemas in Dwarka sec 21 to watch Sam Bahadur with family. It’s on the 2nd floor of pacific mall, Dwarka sec 21. You can park your car in the metro parking area for Rs 30 until 12 am.
The hall is fairly new with nice screens and comfortable seating. However, when we went to watch the current show and went to the window to buy tickets, there was only one system and one staff operating. There was a queue. Requested for another staff. Once another member came in their system wouldn’t work. There was a 3rd machine sitting idle but we were informed that it’s not used for ticketing. We don’t expect such service issues from PVR. It too some time to get tickets. The staff is like don’t worry the movie will start after 15 minutes but the idea is not to keep waiting in queue because if PVR issues with staffing & technicals.
The movie tickets are lesser priced as compared to vegas mall.
They should do their staffing to prioritise the current shoe watchers.
We ordered for a kids meal box during the movie. It includes a burger, French fries, canned cold coffee, choco pie. Burger was good & fries were crispy. Food is much better as compared to what you get in PVR vegas mall, sec 14, Dwarka.

Avoid this theatre. They'll cancel the show at any time and all your time and effort of getting to mall will be wasted. They want you to pay convenience fee online otherwise they won't care about you.

I recently visited the PVR cinema and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The cinema boasts a massive screen and the seats were incredibly comfortable, enhancing the viewing pleasure. Decent PVR cinema experience in Dwarka Sector 21 area. Located inside Pacific Mall and Sector 21 Metro station integration, this multiplex is a must visit spot for a true movie enthusiast.

Visited for a late night movie on a weekday. Not very crowded and had a good experience overall

Ita a good theatre, but only thing i dint like was the exit at night when the mall closes. It gets very complicated. Proper directions should be given to exit the mall

The audience of that show was also very annoying, they continue commenting on movie in whole time.

I have watched 6 movies. 5 were managed nicely but last one was very bad experience.the staff were watching cricket match of India Pak and delayed show by half an hour at Audi 6.interval was made anytime and lights kept on during show.high volume

This is called PVR Sapphire. This has 6 auditoriums with different sitting capacities. Overall a very good experience to watch movies here. PVR Food and beverage options are also good. The staff is friendly and helpful. PVR standards for maintaining the facility are very well maintained here too with a nice glittering and shiny ambiance. The seats are spacious and comfy. Go and enjoy the experience. Highly recommended.

If anyone from PVR reading this review, I just wanna thank you for the excellence in your service. I love how the guys at PVR get the attention to details right all the time. I'm officially a PVR fan now. Talking about this PVR, as expected it was an amazing place to enjoy cinema. Premium audio and visual quality, superior comfort, exquisite location, on the whole it was an amazing experience here. Also reaching this PVR is very very easy, just get off at Sector 21 metro station and it's just a minute walk from there. Basically the metro and mall/PVR are combined in a single building. I'd advise everybody to visit here and have a blast! PS. I Saw Kantara (Hindi).

I visited this PVR for the first time and is impressed by the big screen. The PVR is inside Pacific D21 mall which is accessible by airport line and Blue line. You can use D21 metro parking or metro parking if coming by your own vehicle. This is a very good option if you don’t want to drive to watch a movie. Well Pvr Sapphire is top Notch cinema different from its other franchises. This is a 6 screen cinema and the cinema is huge and so well maintained. Have have tons of variety in food on both veg and non veg options. The seats are so damm comfortable. The screen is amazing. The interiors are amazing. The washroom is huge and very clean.

They have a very vast variety in food and beverage, like, pizza, sandwich, burger, brownie, Chinese Menu, Indian Chat Menu, north, indian menu, Fresh Juices, and many more things.

Seats are so comfortable and spacious.

In short this PVR Sapphire stands different and proud from its other franchises.

If you live in Dwarka or nearby i would highly recommend to take experience of watching your movies in this Pvr Sapphire located at Pacific Mall Sector 21 Dwarka just below the metro station.

Price wise the cinema is value for money.

In food we ordered Veg chowmein with Manchurian and the Veg Fried Rice with Chilli Panner. I must tell the food was freshly made and its presentation and taste is just awesome. The food is value for money keeping in mind the portion they serve with freshness.

Worst experience.and very bad behaviour staff.the manger is also so rude and non corporate.we go for a movie name Dhokha round d corner. We specifically go from Gurgaon in heavy rain to watch this movie but the staff didn’t allow to watch the movie.they said that children not allowed but what’s the criteria of children. I have my 2year baby girl.but they didn’t allow because they show us there superior ness.we came back home at 1am. 100 time and more we’ll tell them that we came form Gurgaon and our baby is only 2 year but they don’t want to hear us. I give 1 star because I’m not able to rate this PVR in minus stars … I’ll request u everyone please don’t go there … this is waste of time and waste of money.

A Very Cosy PVR With different Vibes. One of the best Places to enjoy quality 2D Movies. Audi & Screen is small but Screen & Audio quality is superb with spacious and Comfortable Recliner seats.

I booked my e tickets to watch a movie here on 28 august
after showing my tickets when I entered because of my physical appearance and vision issue that i have female staf member misbehaved with me and none of the staf members even apologised to me for the missbehaviour which they did worst and humilating experience don't book this staf is disrespectful

Even in times like Covid PVR still believes in Wasting time of the people. Movie started 35 minutes late another 25 minutes for the intermission and desperate attempts from there crew to sell overpriced stuff from the candy bar during the movie.
Ventilation inside the cinema hall wasn’t sufficient, it was a suffocating experience. AUDI 3 was tiny. With OTT platforms you are better off avoiding to go to cinema halls specially PVR.

Be extra cautious while making payments at their restaurant.

I had a horrid experience at their place. I went to see a movie with my wife on 22-Sep-21. I had bought food at their restaurant and paid through UPI, which successfully went through.

After the movie, I was chased by their managers, Mr. Prashant and Mr. Dheeraj, and told that the UPI payment hasn't gone through. I was told to make a double payment through my debit card, as I was assured that the UPI payment will be reverted back.

It's been 3 months and numerous chase ups that there is no sign of refund. They have acknowledged double payment made and I have been assured multiple times by their managers that they will refund. Still no signs.

I expect prompt customer services from a brand like PVR.

The movie hall was same as other PVR's however the attendents were friendly. One thing I didn't like was the food counter, there was a staff girl she was very rude, rest it was an amazing experience.

It was really good, first I thought the screen size is small but it was okay bcoz tha hall was not large enough for a big screen. The fully comfortable seats with a large leg space. Order from your seat. And the best part of this place is the interior is way to good. It looks so luxurious. Everywhere you will see golden and silver tiles.

Located in Pacific D21 Mall in Dwarka, this cinema hall is newest addition to PVR legacy. Ambience, Projection & Sound system are all very modern & excellent. Seats are spacious & comfortable as compared other PVRs. Definitely recommended.

It's stylish n luxurious new product from the house of PVR, has black & gold theme all around that adds a rich feel to it. They have got huge selection of food. The staff is very courteous, ambience is pleasant, the audi's are neat and clean. The movie watching experience was really fine. Seats are comfortable. The Atmos sound system is also good. Should definitely give it a try for some great movie experience.

To my surprise staff very cheering and clapping whenever a movie lover were entering it premises. Audis are okay. Sound could be better.

Audi 1. Worst experience. The movie stopped more than 5 times during the Shang Chi movie due to some technical problems. This is unacceptable. If they run something big of a place like pvr thaey should have a spare system to use it in case of technical error. But no they keep stopping the movie in between for 5 times. Its like they don't respect other people's time. Never going back there again.

Average experience. Kindly note only audi 1 & 6 have big screens. All other audi have a v small size screen with seating limited to 100 something.audio is also not that great.not recommended for superhero or good action films at all.

First Experience: It’s not PVR ECX, P[XL]. So, don’t expect an impeccable movie experience. This is PVR sapphire, where you’ll have decent movie watching experience without putting a dent in your wallet. Pvr claims that this is next to Pvr Director’s cut and Gold class. But, all the audis here lack dolby Atmos which is really a bummer for action, sci fi, horror movies goers.
I have watched Wonder Woman 84, and felt the sound system to be above average, but not near to what you get in Dolby Atmos equipped theatre. Moreover, the quality of screen doesn’t look as if they are using RGB laser projection. I’ve watched movies in P[XL] and AMB cinema (Hyderabad) -which probably the has the best screen quality in India, so I can say that the screen quality is no where near the quality of flagship RGB projection system. But again, they are providing movie experience without compromising on the PVR ambience, and most won’t even care about the technicalities.

About IMAX: as of date, it's closed. But if you're a hardcore IMAX fan and want to watch movie with breathtaking visuals and better sound than regular Imax, go for Pvr IMAX, Select City Walk. They have latest laser projector system which supports 4k resolution and 12 channel surround sound, although, the cost per head would be way more than normal cinema and even other IMAXs.

This is a very nice place to roam around, happening and bustling, newly opened. Went to PVR and watched WW84. Nice experience and ambience.
