PVR Naraina, Delhi

My recent visit to PVR left me with mixed feelings. PVR has always been known for its excellent ambience and top-notch sound system, and I had high expectations when I went for a late-night show. However, I couldn't help but feel disappointed this time.

The first issue that caught my attention was the lack of air conditioning. The hall was uncomfortably warm, and it took away from the overall experience. The sound system, which is usually a highlight at PVR, was not working properly, and it impacted the quality of the movie. The poor maintenance of these key elements was quite surprising and disappointing.

Additionally, I noticed that several lights were left on within the hall, which was distracting and detracted from the immersive movie-watching experience I expected from PVR.

It's disheartening to see that PVR has raised ticket prices and food and beverage costs, but the level of service and maintenance has seemingly declined. This is a stark contrast to what I remember from a couple of years ago when PVR was renowned for its exceptional service and ambience.

While I still appreciate the brand's efforts to provide a comfortable movie-watching environment, I hope PVR takes note of the recent issues and works on restoring the high standards that it was once known for. In the meantime, I might think twice about returning for a movie at PVR, given the current state of affairs.

Went to watch a movie here, AC was turned off, despite asking several times they didn't turn on AC, there were so many mosquitos inside the hall, it spoiled movie watching experience.

I usually go there, nice ambience. Clean n hygienic washrooms. The highlight is their friendly n helping staff. Comfortable seats. Price of tickets is also budget friendly. They offer variety of combos n food is also tasty.

No place for storing bags, if you want to visit go with small purse only. I parked my two wheeler in front of their wall, they locked it's wheel with a chain and the guard started asking for money to get it opened as I parked somewhere where there was no "No Parking" board. Well you can keep your bags at a shop present there which charges 40/- per bag.

It was a nice place nice sound system but screen is too closed with seating.we book last second row but its look tht we seat front 2nd row seat

They don't allow baggage, even they don't have any baggage counter.so if aap log ja rahe ho toh bag lekr mat jaana yeh bade zaalim hai bilkul co-operate nahi karte worst behaviour hai staff ka.

This PVR is good with reasonable price of tickets. Its canteen is also amazing as it serves hot and fresh popcorn and has variety of quick bites. The hall is usually full, specially on Thursday, and mostly have a family crowd.
You must be wondering why so low rating.
There is a reason I didn't give it a high rating as they have rubbish policies just to take advantage of people.
My family went for a movie and at the ticket counter the guy behaved miserably. First he tried to give us lower row tickets. But fortunately we checked the seats (online) were available in upper row. So then he tried to con us by giving food coupons compulsory with those seats, else you should take lower row seats. There was a bit argue, after that when we talked to the manager, he gave us the tickets.
This is not done. I mean people who take tickets on counter are fool just because they don't know the tickets rates and don't have any other choice (because ticket bookings are closed half hour before movie starts), you can take advantage of that.
So a very bad experience at this PVR counter.
I WOULD RECOMMEND TO BOOK TICKETS ONLINE BEFORE YOU VISIT THIS PVR.

Overall it is budget friendly only for tickets but we talk about food like popcorn and other stuff tha is too costly

Pros: Nice ambience, good movie viewing experience.

In all the pvr in Delhi I watched movie this one is lil economical and have variety of food to enjoy.good Dolby sound and plenty of place of parking too

Worst experience with PVR healmet lost outside PVR even they installed cameras but, PVR management is not helpful, they told us to file FIR

The theatre doesn’t allow bags inside it. But there isn’t any proper baggage dropping system maintained by PVR. You have to drop off your bags in nearby chai shops which obviously is unsafe.
There is no proper communication between the ticket counter and inside security. The ticket counter gave me some proxy tickets saying that these were printed in extra so we are writing your seat numbers on it. But inside the security refused to acknowledge it and we had to wait until the security went and got it confirmed from the ticket counter.
The screen isn’t big enough for people sitting at the corner most seats to watch the movie from a proper angle.
All in all this theatre experience wasn’t worth the money paid.

An age old theatre with a balcony and stalls. Small screen and huge ticket prices!
Sound was bad. Seats were not comfortable. The screen is high and the seats do not recline that much.

If we plan to hangout on weekend. The first thing which hit my mind in watching cinemas in PVR Naraina. They have best sound and picture quality. They are pocket friendly and very clean and spacious Audi. Please visit once if you have never been to this place.

The thing that I like about this place is that it's not a part of some mall. This place has it's sole identity. But people who wanna shop, will not find any option. The only two eateries near this place is McDonald's and Subway. If you only wanna watch some movie and not waste time going to the basement for parking or going all the way inside a mall then it's a nice place. Only problem is that there's no bag facility available for boys. You could probably risk keeping your bag with the pan vala outside the mall.

No baggage or Helmet counter. Cant go with hand bags and helmet. Malayalam movies are released in this theatre.

Very poor parking facility. Ensure you reach before time to get parking for your vehicle and not miss the movie scheduled.

A small theatre while compared to other PVRs, still has four screens. There's no baggage counter, you'll have to pay extra bucks for local Paanwalas to keep your bags.

There are a number of reasons why we should avoid this PVR. First parking issues during weekends, second the screen size, third leg room in seats. It will be much better and wiser to sit and relax in our own house rather than wasting time and money here. Like other PVRs, most movies will run after 15-20 minutes of scheduled time due to advertisements. It feels like advertisers are paying for our tickets. Must avoid,

When I first visted this hall for seeing sultan their services are not good I have to wait on counter for 5 min because there was no one on counter who can give me a ticket. Then I was about to enter the hall and they take my coke bottle and through it away because it was not allowed inside. Inside the hall they give snakes and drink at high rate. Like they give popcorn of 220₹ but it’s actual price is 100₹ and they sell coke at 150₹ small 200₹ medium 250₹ large in which the mix water. And they don’t come on your to give anything u to wait there u have to miss some of your movie also. So my personal view is not to vist there because it’s to bad.

Good Place and cheap price.but screen placement is not perfect.u have to see up to look at the screen even when u are sitting at the back.

Nice place and good facilities available here and all things available here for eating and parking vehicle and bus service also auto available all time and many more.

The best thing is that it is close to my house! It consists of 4 auditoriums, 3 on the ground floor and 1 on the 1st floor. The 3d movies are shown in the 4th audi (1st floor) or sometimes 3rd audi too. The 3rd glasses are not heavy, they are light just as regular specs. Service is quite good on the food counter. Here, the screen quality is fine but not the best, seating is comfortable. I'll advice you not to book a seat below H row. Next, the place is neat, no foul smell. The ticket pices are economical. One can enjoy their movie at PVR nariana!
