I always Visit this place to go to Hanuman Mandir via Maps these days, I have been to PVR Rivoli only Once, It's a heritage PVR, One must go and watch cinema once in their lifetime, just to experience the same and roam in the heart of Delhi i.e Connaught Place
A very average cinema experience with small sized screens and below average sound. The only reason people prefer this one is because this one is right off rajiv chowk and connectivity is ample. Nothing very overwhelming when it comes to experience which you should get compared to the price you pay.
Trying to fool people. Lady at the front counter told me my bill was of Rs. 492, but I received message of Rs. 354, when I brought same to her notice. She gave me two popcorn ‘takeaways’ and said it was part of the bill and refused to take them back and refund money of popcorn. It was unexpected to happen at ‘PVR’. Moreover, she said what she was doing was part of her job.
It is situated at the heart of Delhi and one of the most crowded market place, CP. The price range is at upper side. Seats are comfortable but not recliners. Some Audi have large screen and some are very small one. Sound quality is good. I am not sure about parking space provided by PVR because I parked my vehicle at inner circle.
Very old cinema hall. It needs more space. And 3D screen is also bad. But the biggest problem here is they don't have a luggage counter or anything There r some shady ppl behind rivoli who store it for u and charge 20 rs.
BEWARE OF CONVENIENCE FEE! Approached box office and requested for 8 tickets which came to 3000rs. I was then told that I will need to pay additional 600rs for convenience fee which I would have had to pay of I booked online but at boxoffice I will get 8 chocolates in-turn. I was confused, but paid for it. As something dint feel right, I called PVRs customer service and was told it is not a standard pratice and was asked to speak to the manager. Spoke to the manager and he apologised. It's apparently because they are given targets to sell chocolates? Was refunded the 600rs. But please beware that box office are no less scammers that you get on the phone. Selling 8 chocolates for 800rs.
A perfect pvr cinema at connaught place.though at the ticket counter beware of the chocolates they give because they are not of free cost.they pay for it
Good cineema Hall at Cannaught Place New Delhi screening latest movies. Prices of tickets are although in higher side but affordable but the food and drinks items being sold inside the Movie Hall are expensive. Do not allow to carry you any bags inside the Hall so there maybe some inconvienence if you are with backpack. Paid parkings for vehicles of visitors are available including multi level parking nearby in Bara Khambe Road itself next to Cannught Place Police Station.
PVR Rivoli situated near Cannaught Place in New Delhi. You can watch hear all the Hollywood and Bollywood new relaesed movies. Tickets for this place can be booked by "Paytm", "Book my show", and also you can buy from the windows as well. This PVR has well clean seating plan in theater, High Definition (HD) sound system. Things to remember. Outside eatables are not allowed in movie theater. No luggage or carry bag entered in movie theater. You can get eatables inside. 3D goggles provide when there is a 3D movie launch. All over, the best place to have fun with friends, colleagues, and family.
You cannot enter inside theatre unless earlier show ends. You can keep your luggage back side of theatre, this place looks really uncertain, but still our bags were safe.
Good to watch movie here when you roaming at CP. All food brands are nearby like MCD, Dominos and many more. Straight way to Hanuman Mandir, Coffee Home, Bangla Saheb Gurudwara. Plus exactly behind Palika all you can plan together a movie, shopping, Food
Sound and everything was good. Seats were comfortable but they don't recline. You can't take bags inside and they don't have a luggage counter. You have to leave your bags behind the cinema in a dingy, unsafe looking luggage counter for which you have to pay additionally. I was worried the entire time while watching the movie because my bag was at that sketchy luggage counter.
Also, while getting the ticket I was told that my bill was 390, and I was handed my ticket and a chocolate upon paying. Later while looking at the receipt I realized the ticket was only for 350 and they straight up made me pay for a chocolate I didn't ask for. I would've bought it if they asked me if I wanted it but I really think that the guy should've asked if I wanted it first. It's kinda funny now but yeah. Weird way to make money.
Worst cinema hall. The seats do not recline and are quite uncomfortable. The only nice thing was the burger we had (which was too pricey even for a movie hall).
Off course this in situated in one of the best area of entertainment of Delhi. But it's bit costly.my experience to this PVR was not worth the money I paid. And secondly u can't keep your luggages there. U need to keep it to the local luggage counter which is behind the hall. Plus you end up paying more.
I don't know the eatery there is so damn overpriced. I was literally shocked.means I do go to several pvrs but this one.also they don't have a proper management there I had to leave my movie twice just to get my pending change.
