All ok, but not hygienic, the menu book is very dirty, serving plastic plates and glass is also dirty.

Restuarant service is tooo too much slow and all staff is very unprofessional, rude. Order taking skills need to learn top top bottom.
And owner need to visit weekly for inspection

The food quality is really good, staff's are very co-operative, I have celebrated many b'day parties here since 2020.

I took my family to a dinner on my birthday.

The food is here third class. Lot of oil masala and tasteless and quantity is very low.adn when we complaint about it the staff here roudly said.ham kya kre ham kuch nhi kr skte.

Third Class Restaurant, Very Poor Service, Staff forget to execute the customer order. Take Too much time in preparing the order that too after so Much reminder and follow up.

Visited this restaurant with family for dinner and without a doubt this is one of the good family restaurants in east delhi area in terms of seating space, taste, and price. The only thing I felt they can improve upon is staff training and behaviour to be little more polite and soft towards customer as it adds to overall experience of the customers. About food, we ordered a lot of items and most of them were delicious. Drinks could have been better. Pyaali special kebab, paneer tikka, chaap were the star performers. Will definitely visit it more often. Thanks a lot for the lovely dinner.

Very bad experience from both Zomato and Pyaali. I ordered from Zomato to Pyaali restaurant today. And in instructions I wrote no cabbage and even I called Pyaali for the same but they didn't follow that and I ordered aloo naan but with just a name of aloo. Don't waste your money on this restaurant.

Visited this outlet for second time and was awesome. Luxurious seating and affordable prices make it a must visit. Ordered paneer tikka, idli and French fries along with mojitos. Would recommend if looking for some quick bites and Chinese food

I ordered navratri special thali from here. Authentic vrat food, as you can see in the attached image. Taste was good, Packaging can be improved though. Prices are economical.

I ate sabudana khichdi. It tasted awful and the place is overpriced. The restaurant also charged me for a bisleri bottle which i dodn't order btw. Never going back there EVER.

Pyaali looks very beautiful and fancy on the outside. I was happy to see such a good ambience restaurant. It gives you an appeal to visit it but then when we went inside things didn't turn out that good.

Ambience is okay. The architecture is good so is decor design but I didn't find it very hygienic. It was like it packed maintenance and administration.

We ordered noodles to keep it minimum as we were really hungry. He told me that order would be there in 10 minutes. Well we waited 30 minutes, but with no food in sight. And finally when food arrived it was balant and tasteless. The waiters were merry making and was busy in themselves without any concern for customers. Noodles were not upto the mark.

I wouldn't recommend it. Avoid unless there is any remarkable change.

Nice restaurant with good price range which definitely comes under your budget.the decoration and serving style is one of my favourite of this restaurant.really it is nice must visit it.it is also good for small parties but if it is a little bit larger party then you have to pre book for your seat and food.you can also book online yourself
