I am using internet last 2 Months of quadplay Internet
Very impressive service.

To bad service I don’t recommend this server. I have use it and facing problem but no solutions are they providing they only just giving excuses. Trust me don’t go for it

Best service so far In ashok vihar. They are very humble and the do care about customer, I have called them at 1 am also.

I have called 50 times for connection they promised every time for tomorrow but tomorrow never came.dont opt for this operator they dont even give connection on time then what you expect about post connection services.my suggestions is go for other operators instead of wasting money here.

Worst experience most of the time out of service. Customer care no they don't bother to answer. Speed they promise always not up to the mark.

This Review is by using it for 2 days. Only internet which is providing Fiber to Premises in Ashok Vihar phase 4 and 3. I wanted this internet for better ping and i am getting it. Very Nice Staff Every Team talks politely. They got no hidden charges and it is cheapest of all. Hopefully there will be no breakage.

Worst service provider in the north Delhi. First of all, their internet service is down most of the times during the day. Even on raising a complaint, they dont issue you complaint id and keep the call waiting. Doing important transactions on internet and its down. Secondly, they keep changing plans in the backend and you will never know that you are paying higher amount for small packages. No ethics and all liars. Suffered so much at their hands. Never opt for this provider

Hi team i am using quadplay internet and i can assure you use mobile net better then quadplay.the rust service and very poor language i have never ever seen.friend please do not use quadplay ashokvihar

I have been associated with Quardplay internet for over a year now. The speed is good and it has No buffering while watching videos. But, only the problem i have been facing since day one it get disconned multiple time and some they dont pic the calls when customer wants to register the complaint. "If WI-FI router shows the RED Light/indicator specially after 6: 00pm then you really need to wait till 12: 00pm next morning" which is so pathetic and they would say to you: Sir office is closed now and staff is not avaliable they will come after 10: 00am till then yiu need to wait.

One small suggestion:
Quardplay if you really want to make more customers and more profit please give the better customer experience and evoid to say your router indicates a connection, but you can’t get on the internet. Your computer might say something like “no connection.

Worst experience. The company executive duped money from unsuspecting client in the name of new connection advancr for three months. Niether the connection was given and the executive has returned the cash payment.
