Scammers. They deliver used or damaged battery and you have to fight back to get replacement.

Racemos provides excellent support service. Their response is faster and address issues faster.
There was an issue in battery standby. Once they received it, they resolved it by replacing a battery. So nice to deal with Racemos and I am delighted.

Superb post-sales service. Very fast replacement service and very cooperative staff. Would highly recommend.

In name of customer service under warranty they will send you the worst replacements which will not even hold 10 minutes of charge and that's how they will cheat you and ask you to buy a new battery again from them.

RACEMOS is the WORST company and WORST SERVICES. Please do not buy anything from them. I have been communicating with them since June for the battery issue and they replaced it twice it even more worst batteries saying they were (I've proof of emails from them stating the same) every time they sent the battery it did not held the charge for longer than 30 mins and the second battery does not hold it for more than 10 minutes. They were just manipulating the time by sending the worst battery or email arguments so that my warranty will lapse on 22th Sept 2018 within a time spam of a week's usage for both the battery sent. So for that they say it depends on battery usage if u play games but i already got PS4 PRO for games and a smart TV to watch movies and my laptop was set to battery savers as the best level.

THEY ARE BUNCH OF CON PEOPLE AND LIARS! (want the prove then let me know i will share all the emails from them)

I've to open a consumer case against them and will also be filing a FIR under sec 420 in my nearest police station.

SINCE YOU MENTIONED WARRANTY LAPSED IT WAS A GOOD TRICK TO VOID THE WARRANTY BY SENDING BAD BATTERY TWICE! U GUYS ARE BLOODY CON COMPANY!

i got a call from Sachin Racemos India's manager.this guy said (his exact words to be precise) "i agree that they goofed up by saying they sent me a new battery over the email and that they are willing to send me a new battery at the base price with 1 year warranty since the current battery is useless for them and me so they cannot take it back as my warranty also expired" (this is a very clever business development plan i must say.customer ko ullu banao by sending bad replacement so they can buy new again from them)

so what i got from his statement was that these con Racemos India did knew they sent a useless battery to me which is of no use for anyone.sale fuddu bana rahe hai sabko yeh!

so the truth finally came out from their manager itself.now this is the kind of services they give.who would trust them and why the HELL would i buy another battery from Racemos India when they are not trust worthy or a reliable company!

this is not about money anymore but the principles and i am a man of principles and i hate when i get conned by such companies like Racemos India.so yes i wont stop telling everyone i know about their unethical practice.

Fake products, pathetic customer services. Dont buy their products from flipkart amazon or snapdeal.
