Good place and Banquet for small party c celebration like Birthday, Engagement, Roka ceremony.

Nice place for marriages and other parties. The only thing that puts off is the entrance to the venue, and which is the very first impression of the place.

Pure vegetarian food is available there. Nice place for wedding parties and functions. Food was delicious and healthy. Ambience was also good.

We had an engagement ceremony of my sister there and the Timings for DJ were so inappropriate and inadequate. We could only dance for 20-25 mins on an entire night function and we were forced to shut down music at 11: 30.
The Manager was not true to his words. They were supposed to arrange certain food items on the main family dinner table but that was delayed and ultimately we dropped our wish!
My sister couldn't have AC facility for two hours before the Function was supposed to start.
Other than that, waiters and their service was good!

Worst experience given to us by the Radha palace and team. Catering was very bad and the team entertained our guest very unprofessionally over some pasta. They attitude was very rude and intimating. Please have a word with the senior management for every single thing or else they will loot you.

Do not book this place. The decorator here is just disgusting. He over charges and provides the worst service. They don’t allow any other decorator from outside. Left with no option we had to book their decorator and we wasted our money and were left disappointed as it spoiled our daughter’s special day.

I am going this place and this place is very awesome and this place food is very delicious

Very nice banquet hall and delicious food, best for parties. I booked it for fourth time in last three years.

Great venue for wedding functions. Dining area was in open and separated from hall. Everything was well coordinated by management, staff was appropriate, lighting and decoration was attractive. Food quality was very good, serving hot and delicious. Overall, this place was good ️

Ample space is available. No separate or valet parking is available. Located on main toad and can be identified with a little effort. 8 Dormitory like rooms are available. Toilets are a big let down.

Very bad deal
I have book hall in radha palace in last year feb 2020. My function date is 12 april. In between corono spread in all over india. The function has postpone. Due to god calamity reason. Next year 2021 i told to manager return the amount. He said money will not return. How is the behavior.

I said to everyone if he earn more money so why he is not return the amount.

I just arrived here and was amazed after seeing it's decor, it is on second floor, you can use lift or stairs, also very clean washroom on same floor.

Really nice venue for any sort of family gathering or wedding functions. Had my engagement function there n it was good

Great place to host parties for 100 - 150. We hosted our parents anniversary there. Received good feedback from guests about the food and ambience.

In Radha palace staff is not wearing gloves for refilling to food and hygiene is also not maintained

I had an amazing experience there. The Ambience, food and service of this banquet is very good. The banquet is also very spacious ideal for birthday parties.

Nice place. The best thing is it's in rectangle shape so you can see everything from one corner.

A banquet hall on the second floor of a mall! Are you serious? The location is weird for wedding parties.
The food was decent though with plenty of variety. Mostly one has to park the car on the road while attending the wedding at Radha Palace. There are many banquets in the area, hence the area becomes crowded creating traffic jams during the wedding season.

Food quality is average, and most disappointing thing is they don't heat foods, their workers hears your command but doesn't do anything

It's central place of purchasing households items as well as. And very type of Hall to conduct party and all.

Nice Banquet for any type of event. The catering is good there, one of the good location in East Delhi for organising an event like Anniversary celebration, Engagement and marriages. Very neat and clean place. Sufficient parking space is there. Fully air conditioned banquet.

This palace is only for vegetarians. Easily 100 people gathering. Good quality meals and services. I like it.
