The fabric variety available here is gery good and the prices are quite reasonable. Parking is an issue here.

This place stocks every kind of fabric at reasonable prices. A 3 floor building, each level separated according to the types of fabric makes it easier for selection. Lots of designers pick up their material from here.

Poor customer support. I bought 8 dupattas and wanted to exchange one of these for a different colour. I couldn't even complete my sentence and was refused any support. Additionally, the staff is not very keen on showing cloth pieces. I had to search through the cloth rolls myself. Generally, the staff is high headed. I would highly recommend checking out the smaller shops in the main market which offer the same variety, sometimes superior quality at lower costs with bucket fulls of hospitality!

A lot whole of running materials r there.of what ever pattern u r in search of. After going in u will say. Dil mange more.

Great variety of fabric available at a very reasonable rate. Amazing & Courteous service. They were not flustered with requests customers were making and were fulfilling them right away.

They are into all kinds of fabrics and have a very large variety to choose from. Staff is generally helpful and prices are as per the market however, they don't have a very good collection of unstitched suits.

Best place to buy fabric, you can have multiple variety of cloths in the single place, name the fabric you'll have it.

Pathetic experience! They’re fleecing the customers with substandard quality. I bought a product from them, and realised that the colour had carded from places when I went to get it stitched. Upon showing it to them, they demanded the bill as they have no provision of retrieving the bill.

We were told that they have no onus for the poor quality or faded product as we didn’t have the bill. Although they agreed that the product was purchased from their shop!

I mean how would you justify this behaviour? It’s atrocious!
Never going back again!

I go here for my work literally once a week. Its been years now since the shop has opened and im coming here. It was a good alternative from lajpat as its nearby and convenient.

Unfortunately, once u buy 1 white fabric and continue to make your collection in it neither the price remains the same nor the quality.

Sometimes they have given me torn fabrics, less fabric than asked. Despite my constant complains in the past 2-3 weeks they do nothing nor they compensate for the same.

I still have to go here because its convenient. Overall in the past couple of months the staff has become rude, the fabrics are not the same. Prices are not the same. They sometimes think the customer is a fool who doesnt remember things. I have bought bad quality torn fabrics because they dont leave u any option. Best they dont even discount after a bad buy! Its high time they should improve.

Nice Place and very big showroom.you can find all the febric at one place.also staff is really good and helpfull.special thanks to house keeping Team.that guy gave us 2 bisleri bottles and also filled my personal bottle with RO water. I would recommend to everyone for febric for fancy dresses and customization.

There are so many variety of fabrics available here with reasonable price. Basement is for plain fabrics, ground floor is for entrance, first floor consists of fabrics with heavy work and second is for printed fabrics.

I have shopped from this store for over a year or more now. No issues until now.
However, recently they refused to exchange a dupatta which had absolutely no alterations or any kind of issue. No cuts, or anything. Infact even the price sticker was on. I just had to get it exchanged because it was too long for my mother.
I had called the store two days before to ensure if the same could be returned. They said it can be within 2-3 days when I made the call. I could not reach the store due to some problems. I told the same to the owner or the manager. I reached there 4 days after the purchase (within 3 days of the call) And they simply refused to exchange the dupatta, citing reasons like “we only exchange it within 24 hours”. Which was later changed to we don’t exchange dupattas at all. Nowhere in the store has it been mentioned that dupattas cannot be exchanged. At least, I did not see this. Nor was it mentioned during the time of the purchase.
Moreover, since it was not a cut piece, it could have been exchanged. There was no need to create such a ruckus.

As a loyal customer, I did not expect such rude behaviour from their end. I asked my mother to travel to Malviya Nagar from Sarita Vihar to get this exchanged and this was not expected. I did not expect such irrational behaviour from their end. Sad to lose them as a vendor.

Having said that the shop does have a vast collection, and I don’t mean to harm any customer base. My idea behind leaving this review is to let the owner that they need to respect their customers. I have simply wasted 3k on a dupatta which is of no use. I just hope that the owner has a better sense of dealing with customers next time. As for me, I am not shopping here anymore.

They have a huge variety of cloth material. But now they have divided all their stuff in 4 floors. It's difficult to get something easily. Wherever you go, if you all then for something else, they will simply tell you to go to other floor and check. I went there with my mom. It took me really long to buy 3 cloth material. Given the fact that I'm a quick shopper. We kept on going to one floor or the other. Even the material is on an expensive side. Though the quality seems good.

Please only visit this place if you want to be insulted by a middle-aged illiterate woman who is abusive and mad and will entertain you only if you have enough money for her. Worst place. Worst staff. No regard or respect for customers. Will treat you like dogs because they themselves never went to school. Lajpat nagar is far better for cloth. A strict no for this place.

Its on main street so you dont have to go to malviya nagar main market, there are multiple levels for different kind of cloths also they have lift in there premises for old & differently abled people. There are so much of variety you can found any kind of cloth here, if you can explain them your requirements they will definitely provide you with the same of the nearest perfect match for the same. If i talk about price they have so much of variety & as per the stuff they have reasonable prices (the more you pay the best you get).
