Our accommodations met diverse preferences with my uncle and auntie opting for the Business Class room, while I stayed in the Superior Room. Both room types provided a comfortable and well-appointed setting for relaxation.

Location:
The hotel's prime location facilitated easy access to transportation and nearby attractions, catering to both business and leisure travellers.

Dining:
Our culinary experiences at The Kebab Factory and Restaurant 59 were outstanding. The Kebab Factory delighted our taste buds with its delectable kebabs and Indian cuisine, while Restaurant 59 offered a satisfying breakfast buffet.

Amenities:
The hotel's amenities, including a business center, free Wi-Fi, fitness center, and Sohum Spa, met our various needs, whether for work or relaxation.

Exceptional Front Desk Service:
Pratima Das, Pooja Sudhakar and Inderpreet from the Front Desk staff played a pivotal role in making our stay memorable. Their warm welcome, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction left a lasting impression.

Overall a good experience.
Centrally located, clean rooms and a decent breakfast buffet spread. But the restaurant staff needs to be more sensitive.
Once you admit a guest into the buffet before closing time, you cannot start shutting down counters saying it is now beyond closing times. Every last guest admitted before closing deserves full service.
Otherwise mostly decent experience about this place.

This hotel always exceeds my expectations as a guest whenever I visit it. Not only is the property centrally located but also boasts of best of amenities offered. Icing on the cake is impeccable service offered by its staff. Special mention of Shikha Uppal for her courteous service.

Absolutely satisfied with the service and behaviour of the staff. Rooms are sparkling clean! Special mention for the manager for going out of his way to help us with our needs!

Excellent service given by Mr Anmol as banquet in charge and Amrendra (Manager). Will visit soon and recommended to everyone for Radisson Marina.

Liked the vegetarian food at Kabab Factory buffet. Everything was freshly made. No cloud kitchen stale reheated food. Staff was maintaining covid rules and restaurant wasn't that crowded.

NOTE: Seating in Kabab Factory restaurant should be changed though to maintain safe distance between customers. And sanitizer should also be provided on each desk or at the restaurant door.

Water tap was faulty. Only hot water was supplied even at 'cool' mode. Curtain didn't fold, it's strap was broken. Overall bad experience.

In the name of upgrading to business class I got a room which had two separate beds and no windows. Despite repeated request the room change could not be done. Fact that it is Radisson, I expected the service to be better.

After a lot of thought I am writing this. While this is located in Connaught place, you get all the perks along with some issues other travellers faced, not me specifically. The rooms are just enough big to accomodate 2 people. This is mentioned on the site while you book. Some rooms have Balcony attached to it which is a plus point. You can enjoy high tea if the climate allows. Did not have breakfast here hence cannot comment on the food. The staff was co-operative for sure.

Food in all restaurants is delicious and freshly made. No preservatives or cloud kitchen sourced food. Staff is helpful and happy too.

Price is worth the experience in overcrowded place like Connaught Place where its hard ro find reliable food joints.

Safest place for family too. One needs ro be careful in Connaught Place after dark.

It was a comfortable stay - staff was supportive (Specially Mr. Kunal Bhola for making sure the availability of all my needs) along with the delicious food.

My experience with the hotel was made wonderful. All credit goes to the Mr. Saurav and Mr. Rangan, the most helpfull and caring people I’ve ever met in my stay with any hotel. Food is excellent. Wi-Fi and Printer facility is good.

Nice place, well maintained, with good rooms, great ambience and wonderful service. The location of this property is ideal for business travel to Delhi. This being a service apartment, you can try your culinary skills if you have the time.

The staff are really rude and quite unprofessional. If there is something that a customer is not aware of, it is your responsibility to convey it to them and convey in a decent and professional way and not blast it on the customer.

Amazing staff & hospitality
Huge shout out to Mr. Kunal Bhola for inviting me here for such a nice vacation. The food at TGKF was delicious, drinks from The Connaught Bar added more fun. Overall exited the Hotel with a smile:)

Please don't ever book this place. They will not honor your booking. At 10 pm before I was about to check in, I called them to inform of my arrival and then they told me that my booking has been cancelled. I was stranded all alone at 11 pm. It was 5 days booking made through Agoda, already paid and still showing active.
Moreover I had written an email to them one day before my arrival informing about my check in timings. At midnight I had to find a new hotel for myself.agoda has clearly mentioned it as a cancellation from their side

Today we had a dinner in fifty 9 restaurant
, we had good meal at their, good service and good food, thanks to Mr Ranjeet singh Rathore he is very helpful, keep the good work thanku so much, we will visit again soon

I stayed in room number 127 with family on 7 May 21. The TV didn't work, even after complaining 3 to 4 times. The fixed lunch was not as per the menu, few dishes were missing.

Best hotel that one can get to stay in connaught place. Real value for money. Enjoyed my stay over there. Strongly recommended.

I didn't eat at the hotel so can't review their food. I went to meet someone in their Presidential Suite. The suite very spacious but the furnishings could have been better considering it was a Presidential Suite.

Good for a couple of days stay at Delhi and it’s one of the best places to stay as everything is near by and it’s the center of Delhi’s happening places!

Located in reat area. However, they have thin doors. Can hear conversations loudly in corridor. At times can smell smoke in circulating in room.

The restaurant had the worst food I had in a while. Half of the dishes were cold and were not cooked properly. The taste of some of the dishes was just pathetic. It's a shame that such a big brand like this is serving food of such low quality. Its a big no from my side for the people looking for recommendation.

Loved my stay in radisson. Convinent to locate, Rooms were clean and house keeping department is very active.love the dining area aswell and the breakfast menu was amazing, had almost everything on the table.wifi speed was really fast.

Advantage is location. Situated in the heart of Connaught Circus. Rooms are functional but the wooden floor was creaking. Heating system inadequate and had to ask for room heater. Breakfast buffet has a wide spread but service is slow. Had to ask for basic items like salt, pepper, napkin papers which are not placed on the table.

Terrible experience. Rooms are too small and too claustrophobic. Service is really bad and the staff could not be more unhelpful.

The Radisson Blu Marina Hotel Connaught Place is very centraly located. It is very close to the city’s top business addresses and shopping destinations. They have a business center, free Internet within the hotel, reausturants and Spa. The staff was pretty decent.

I found the rooms a bit small and the most annoying thing was you could hear everything that was happening in the corridor outside. The wifi was not great either in the room.

It is very close to Rajiv Chowk and Shivaji Stadium metro stations for easy transportation. Cabs and rickshaws are easily accessible.

Not a great experience dining here. We booked dinner for 30 people in the kebab express restaurant there, staff was short and it was a bad experience. Wasted 45k.

Horrible hotel.worst i have been to in my life time.they block the amount in credit card at beginning itself.so you dont have choice to vacate also.please avoid.very costly also.

Maintenance is poor. The room which was given to me had its wooden floor tiles ripped off. Washroom showers were also not cleaned since ages.

I can only appreciate the location of this hotel. Behavior of the staff was not high standard and professional as u expect from Radisson gp.

Not worth 4 star rating. They dont even know that breads are served in a different plate. No variety in dishes. Very highly priced.

The service was Awful. A really bad experience and felt awkward in front of relatives and friends. Extremely Poor Service and limited food in buffet. Not recommended for Dine-in at all.

The 5 star hotel was bang at Connaught Place and is its biggest plus. The service is also good and is another big asset. The wifi is of good speed.
The rooms are not that big, but they are comfortable all the same. The water in the taps are brackish and doesn't go well with soap.
The complimentary breakfast is also ok.

A star category hotel in the heart of New Delhi at Connaught Place. The All-day dining at Fifty9 is amazing, serving good food. Service is exceptional.

Renovated earlier Marina and new avatar is Radisson Blue/ situated on the most sort after location in outer circle of CP. Convenient location as many offices are nearby. Good food and above average rooms. However may face noise from vehicular movement just outside the hotel.
