Surrendered the modem due to shifting of residence in January 2021. Have been sending mail, calling, visiting their office at Mayur Vihar but to no avail. Money not refunded even after 20 months

I am following up with the senior managers from last 8 months and still they are not refunding my security deposit. They have given written commitments of refund but still not processing my refund. One should not deal with this company at any capacity.
