Dr vk jain an experienced and very respectful doctor.
The way Dr. VK Jain treated me was very good and every patient needs a experienced Dr. Like him. Very few Dr. Are there to handle the patients with such adorance and in a respectful manner. Excellent experience in Malik radix healthcare.

I am very impressed with the quality of care I received at Radix healthcare Hospital. The doctors and staff were all very professional and caring.

Experienced doctor's but very poor management. They accept only cash in child and gyno section. So if you don't have cash they will kick you out. Receptionist clearly told me to go out if you don't have cash.

Dr Malik is a very nice and passionate doctor. He explains everything in such a easy manner that half tension goes right away.

Overall performance is well.cleanliness is excellent.all reports are fair and on time with transparency.all doctors n staff are very well mannered and effective

Got our second baby delivered at their centre. Our experience here was good and all the doctors starting from my surgery till discharge along with the other attending staff was very good.

I've been consulting Dr. Deepika Kohli from quite sometime now and she has been a great help in my weight loss journey. She is an amazing dietician and taking her diet plans never makes you feel like you are sacrificing on food. The diet plans are pretty adjustable and are customised for everyone.

Hospitals seems to be ok in 1st visit. Someone suggested us for Dr. Renu Malik, gynac and indeed it was good experience but later she suggested to visit Dr. Deepika Kohli, dietician and things change out from there. She, in beginning, was like i am here to listen you, will give u holistic diet and all but as time passes got to know the real script.

If a doc doesn't have a time to listen to the patients, whats the use of being a doctor?
Worst experience ever with any dietician.
Just busy with getting customers (patients) new entry to the list. She wants to maintain her records of losing weight.

Very bad experience by one of the staff named narottam singh guard, i stopped my bike in front of hospital so that my wife who was carrying our infant son can get off from the bike but immediately narottam singh guard came and start asking to remove bike from there. I asked wait let the patient get off from the bike but he was least bother. Again i told wait because of this rush last time my wife was fallen from the bike pls dont rush but he didn't listen to me. Even he kept arguing however other staff came and helped me to park my bike. After this incident when i asked from a staff named SUMIT may i see who is supervisor here he responded me he is not available come back tomorrow. Really unprofessional behaviour which is not expected from such a reputed hosp.

I have been taking diet from Dr Deepika Kohli for more than a year now and I think she is the bestest best nutritionist I have seen… Her diet works as magic… I have lost 20 kgs with her and not just weight lost but I have learnt to lead a healthy lifestyle… She too modest and humble and also gives reasoning for each thing…. The best thing is whatever she gives to eat would be already available in your kitchen so it too easy and economical at the same time to follow… Ma’am you’re the best and worked for me as an angel ️️

I have been visiting Dr. Deepika Kohli for my daughter's case of teenage pcod. She has really helped alot in the weight loss in a healthy nutritious way. My kid enjoys her diet cause ma'am is very flexible and understanding in the needs and moods of a person. She provided a holistic and yummy diet that helped my daughter reduce 8 kgs in 2 months that too without feeling any lethargy or weakness.

Good hospital, BUT when you take your infant child in OPD, and pay 900 fees for consulting. After waiting of one hour or more, doctor call u to his cabin, fir wo bs khade khade apke baby ko dekhenge, and trust me within 2 minutes mein wo apne assistant trainee ko sb dictate krenge and that's it. Doctor tassalli se baithkar apke baby ko dekhenge bhi nhi, apki baat sunenge b nhi, baithne ko puchenge bhi nhi, baar baar baby ko le jane pr bhi apke concerns pr dhyan nhi denge, wo bs ftaft jitne parents baithe hain unhe exhaust krte hain. Very disappointing, doctors ko tassalli se parents ko baithakr unke concerns sunne chahiye, but yha lgatar baar baar jane k baad b m not happy with the hospitality in hospital. Also child is not getting improved. It's because they don't even listen parents concern and issues which they face with their child

Our 2yr old daughter got stomach infection and viral fever, radix healthcare took immediate action and admitted her, and gave her treatment, and now my daughter is well and in recovering mode. Hospital is very clean and doctors, staff, nurses everyone deserves a 5star rating. We will come here with no hesitation if any health issue happens.

I just want to highlight my daughter is suffering because of your team. Very much irresponsible staff, will never suggest anyone to visit your hospital neither I will come any more. A very bad experience!

I visited the hospital in emergency condition to admit my daughter but no one was bothered to check her after several discussion the doctor available in emergency checked her and without any explanation asked me to admit my daughter. While enquiring on reception there was no doctor to check my 2yr little child but they were more focused to admit her.

Highly lack of professionalism just want to dig hole in people pocket. I urge people not to go to this hospital ever especially in evening hours.

I have started visiting there to Dr. Deepika Kohli she is an excellent nutritionist with lots of experience and knowledge. I have multiple issues related to my weight and after starting with her recommended diet plan I'm losing weight regularly.

Pathetic place for any treatment my condition worsened after treatment from here. I was admitted under emergency condition and purposely in ICU just to fetch money.they were giving me slime and paracetamol in ICU. Height of hypocrisy Some person who all were addressing as Dr.shaikh he just created panic situation to extract, money. Personally never ever go to this place for any treatment.

This is my first experience with Radix Malik hospital and the experience was nice. All staffs gave me there quality time and serve there responsibility nicely.

Very good and cooperative staff here.
All the facilities are amazing. I was treated under the supervision of Dr. Talwar. He is so nice nd amazing doctor.

Everything was very nice.nursing and housekeeping staff is cooperative but one thing that i personally feel here that ur staff don't get even a single cup of tea while doing their work u should provide them tea and light snacks to them, all staff is complaining noone is happy from the owner. Now its my request to give them tea to staff and must to night staff. " One sister i will not reveal her name but she was crying for that she didn't get her salary from the month when second wave hits.and many more are complaining for their salaries (sir apne pay pura krvaya h patients se to staff ke sth ye behaviour dekh kr age se mene yaha visit dubara nh krna.i swear i will never visit here.if this continues.)

My experience was fine with the hospital. Staff is really great and cooperative. Hospital room and infrastructure are very average.
Addition is review: Twin sharing rooms are small. They given twin sharing room due to which Unfortunately, My patient (pregnant lady) shared room with male patient and that was really bad experience. I asked to give me private room but thry can't bcoz they are having very limited rooms. My experience was really bad with twin sharing room. They should atleast give same gender to share the room. I complaint about co-patient as he was suffering with high fever and in covid time that could be very risky. So much family gathering was happening throughout the day. Due to lots of voice my new born baby was unable take rest. Anither patient was snoring and coughing full day and night. Fortunately i was satisfied with the treatment.

We like the hospital and the patient fill good here that is what we needed for the patient thanx for the dr. And stuff for your full support
