Pathetic service, i was traveling to pune and bus breakdown happened in between. Driver didn’t arrange other mode of transportation, we itself were waiting for more than 4 hours to find other arrangements. Driver also asked us claim refund from company however they are not giving us 100% back refund. Total scam bus company
