Don't buy any cycles from here because the owner said to me he will give me the 50℅ amount after returning it but today I returned my cycle within the same year and in good condition rarely used but he refused to give me 50℅ of the amount he started making excuses and behaved rudely bought this cycle for 8000 and got 3000 after returning it DONT EVER BUY CYCLE FROM HERE!

The owner promised and written that he will give 50 percent amount back when the cycle is returned within a year and now he is changing his words.

Had a wonderful shopping experience here yesterday. The owner was very hospitable and helpful. Remember to check brakes and shifting prior to leaving.

Worst shop in vasant kunj never buy cycles from him prices too high, quality is very poor
My friend just bought a kross cycle on sep 2020 and its rear gear just broke but the cycle is in warranty but the old man is asking charges for it

Owner is the rudest man ever. Bought a cycle that he sold at such a high price, thought that the service would be good but I was again disappointed. He doesn't listen to our complaints and issues and argues. Will not recommend anyone to go here for your purchase.

Very rude people, they don't treat their customers well, I called to make a query about cycle, firstly the price the person told me is too high as compared to other shop secondly he didn't listen to me what I was asking and hung up my the middle, I'll pay if I take a cycle and not taking in free, so pls treat your customers in a better way,

The service cost of a cycle on this store is too high, i mean they are charging Rs. 350 for service and my Bike service cost is only 200 and for plastic mud guard they are charging Rs. 550 wherein i can see online for Rs. 150 better quality than what they are giving and they charged for break wires Rs. 300 wherein in my local area they are charging Rs. 60 only.and in the end the shop owner says hum beimani wala kaam nhi krte hai
I forgot to tell you that my cycle is 10 years old Hero x-sport dual suspension.
