This is my third time purchasing mobile from Raj electronics shop still everything is good from staff communication with customer and behaviour. I suggest you should also visit there they have many frequent products.

Such a Good place to buy electronics. I recently buyed Samsung 75' QLED TV & Q800 Sound Bar from their newly opened Samsung SmartPlaza in Malviya Nagar. Got best price and one day delivery. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

It's better to buy products from Croma aur Reliance atleast they give you exchange and return option. But omce you buy product from here they don't replace it or return it, they just say that we are seller not a service provider.

The owner and staff talks gently only when you are purchasing something in his store. They don't give good after sale service. They don't even picks up the phone after selling products and talks very rudely and arrogantly after selling products.when you visit the shop the owner boasts like anything and after sales didn't co operate. I don't recommend anything to go her. Instead we should go to a shop that runs without franchise. They deals in a good manner.

Best shop all over Delhi, They deal with every customer with utmost respect and politeness. They have multiple branches, so convenient. Even at covid times they did not fail to deliver the products to me with all safety precautions, excellent quality of products, even after I purchased they fulfilled the after sale services brilliant, owner is a very good person.

ITS BEEN A MONTH I PLACED AN ORDER FOR O GENERAL AC. They haven’t delivered it yet nor they are paying me the refund it’s such a harassment by the employees there. I’m going to take a legal action since they are not willing to pay my refund making excuses

It's a fraud shop. Sales men are of dubious nature. If possible please avoid this shop.

Very bad quality of products and no one can trust on the staff at all, they lie a lot. Very bad services.

Staff is very rude. Sells old stuff, when asked for newer model sells them at 30% higher than what is online. When asked to return deposit, says he won't return any money. So in the end if you want to just give your money to a rogue please visit this shop. Else just go to a different shop. Very bad and traumatizing experience.

We bought a fridge and a ac through them last week. Both the products have been delivered broken! Upon complaint they have passed us onto the service centre’s of the respective companies!
