Pathetic service staff behaviour pathetic don't even have manners to speak the bus is also not good and comfortable to travle my suggestion to all don't travel with this service

Had terrible experience.won't recommend. They left the boarding location earlier and later without providing any information they cancelled the ticket.that too when contacted from my side.i am left with my Luaggage at midnight in Kashmiri Gate, New Delhi. Very Disappointed.please please don't book from them

I booked a bus with rajshila travels 2 days before diwali 2023. Worst journey ever. First of all they came 1 and half hour late then on top of it, Dirty curtains, dirty sleeper compartments, Washroom too dirty and lot of foul smell also spreading in the whole bus. Ac was ok in the night but it was not working in the day time. The staff was also not cooperating.

No sense of timing. If you need to be punctual please don't board it. This was destined at around 12 at Varanasi, it's 3 and I am yet to reach.
Reason: driver takes entire one hour for good lunch.
Every 50 km they need to dump the cargo.

PS: you don't even deserve 1 star.
Have a little shame
Driver and conductor don't even care if you might be on any emergency and owner stops taking call.

About timing, I had no problem but inside bus, I don't know whether they were staff members or passengers, were using very poor abusing language while talking each other. Agency should do something because women and girls also travel in your bus. Noise and abusive words are acceptable.

Absolutely pathetic service, took 17+ hours to cover 700 kms, bad condition of bus in terms of suspension and comfort, it was not clean inside, charging points not working, inexperienced driver having no knowledge of route - all this at the same price range as the other much better bus servics. Not recommended at all.

Travel Experience good. Cost effective. Staff is nice. But no Bisleri water bottle served in bus for free. When asked, the conductor and other staff simple said no we don't have water available. It's very rude

Never recommended. This travel agency.most of the time is waste.due to an offload of stuff.very pathetic condition of bus and staff.

Very bad, in Delhi to Varanasi route, bus always late, Ac not working, operator delay bus, stoping in without reason,
12pm time in Varanasi but bus reached at 3.30 pm.

Worst service ever, bus started after 12 in midnight from delhi for varanasi, staff kept stopping bus for no cause (drinking juice on roadside), they don't care about passengers time. Still enroute to varanasi.don't know wen they will reach.

बस बहुत देर मे पहुंचाया और बस के अंदर बहुत तेज दुर्गन्ध आ रही थी वाराणसी से दिल्ली के बिच मे कम से कम 10 से ज्यादा बार रोक देता था वो भी कम से कम 30 मिनट तक के लिए.

Very service by travel agency

I booked a ticket from delhi to varanasi, it cost INR 1295. They do not provide any blankets, pillows etc. The bus is not cleaned. The staff are like a normal city bus even worse. You have to share your sleeper sheet. So if you are travelling alone then.

After the journey: it was a terrible experience, dropping time was 11: 15am at varanasi but it reached at 3: 30pm. You have to be aware of your luggage, because two people's shoes and electronic gadgets got stolen.
@MakeMyTrip should report such bus travels.
