Average DDA colony. Parking is a horrible nightmare. If you drive in into the colony at night, the darkness is not nice as lighting is not that great.

But location wise it's close to Max Hospital, Shalimar Bagh. It's not too far from the outer Ring Road. Metro station not far is Badli Mor.

The flats are good. Steps are steep. Some people have made really lavish flats out of the bland ones offered by DDA.

The colony has a siren which goes off ro tell people when the water supply is starting and closing.

There are good quarters, you will get a hospital at the same time, there are two hospitals, there are two metro stations, there is a good market, everything will be found nearby, there is a good road, there is greenery, there is also a liquor shop.

Apartment is good but outside boundary of the DA block surrounding is not good.roads are narrow & congested.

People has made these apartments parking area, even residents have no area to park their own vehicles. Construction is awful, no amenities

Its good apartment, if you are really looking for the parking go in the end then possibly you can get parking or else you cant easily find parking lolz.bcz too much vehicles, nice and comfortable with security guards and two gates are there.but that if you wanna avoid rush avoid that haiderpur market way come from backside from the another exit gate you can get less and comfortable traffic.
