Fell short of expectations. The products didn't match the promised quality, leaving me dissatisfied.
Regretting my purchase.

Very bad experience…… I bought a blanket last year in December but returned it next day and they gave me a bill saying you an buy anything from the store of the same amount…. Recently I went to buy something and they totally refused to give me credit to the same amount that they circled on the bill…. Very unethical and lest expected from a big shop such as this

Nice handloom shop with variety of items available. Prices are little bit above average so don't be shy in asking about the item quality and material before purchasing it.
Pro tip: Bargain 20% less than they are quoting.

Very arrogant man who sits behind cash counter…… cheated me of my 2500 rupees…… never gonna buy from here …. Suggest you to not buy from here too

Owner is very arrogant and duped us of our money around 3000, they give us a credit note and then refuse to take it, I urge anyone reading this, don't go there they are fraud, fraud owner and his ethics of doing business

Heartless attitude with Customers!
Although the store boasts of good collection, the management is rigid and inhumane.

Reasonable variety but usually towards expensive range, esp whatever you end up selecting

Staff is good and well aware, help with purchases
