Echo machine not working from 2 weeks and they don't know till when echo machine will repair and we go for echo test at private hospital

Doctors are knowledgeable and even staff help patients and give support to handicapped or elderly people.

Sports Complex, temple, banquet Hall, schools, church and GTB hospital are also available near to Rajiv Gandhi hospital. Paani waali tanki opposite Sunder nagri is famous to reach at the point. TLM Hospital is opposite to Rajeev Gandhi Hospital.

Spacious and most modern equipped modular operation theatres. But washrooms needs a little bit more maintenance.

Doctors are pathetic with no work ethics. I have no other option but to continue my mother’s radiation therapy as I have already paid money to them. Dr. Munish So called (Director) of Radiation oncologist never bothers to meet the patient and still he charges consultation fees every-time without a shame. This happens to me not only once but thrice. Next, I will talk about Dr. Praveen, who very shamelessly and bluntly told me, this will happen in this hospital every time, If you donot like you can ask for refund we will refund the amount of 2 lakh 50 thousand however the money for making a mask for radiation therapy will not be refunded. For a second, I felt like I was speaking to a goon a mafai and not a Dr. In his words, (yeha yehi hoga treatment karnaa hain toh karao,) otherwise donot complain a man who lacks professionalism and has no work ethics, higly corrupted happens to be Dr. Praveen (Radiation Oncology) department, Rajiv Ghandhi Rohini, I have no choice but to bear them for the next 20 days, Doctors here have some serious attitudinal problems and need counselling Doctors here are high headed, that is the reason, I decided not to do chemotherapy and surgery with this hospital but with radiation I have no choice since it requires a patient to commute daily and unfortunately this pathetic hospital and their high headed doctor was the nearest!

Inside of the hospital is very dirty, if you go for the treatment of any one disease, you will get other 5 from this hospital

Frustrated with their policies.
If you have more than 6 hours for treatment then you are most welcome here.
First you need to waste your time in the registration counter it may consume 1.5 to 2 hours.
Then you need to wait around 3 or 4 hours for consult with your doctor.
Then comes a intresting part you need to wait around 2 more hours for getting your dates for diagnosis and last one 2 more for medicine.
Its best on my personal experience.

Pro tip: - if you have a friend, staff or someone else you know him / her it will help to avoid your time. They help you in the name of staff for getting treatment fast and all the people who are waiting in the lines are still waiting.

Good hospital, but all staff are contractual, not seen professional enough.very few pharmacist are there to dispense medicine and maintain crowd.

Extremely nice hospital in comparison to the other hospitals in the area. Doctors are very experienced here, with almost every department operating currently. Parking space is also there so you need not worry about it at all. Moreover, you will be having enough waiting space in hospital. Nice infrastructure is available here which adds to the pros of the hospital.

One of the nightmares in my life.no proper channel support. My father and brother no more but what really happened with them in the hospital, nobody knows. Really want to know the case history. Feeling demised. Wanted to know why no information was no there to inform the patients guardian regarding patient anxiety.

Worst hospital for covid patients, no proper madical attention, Doctor don't give medicine also switch off their ward helpline no.

This is the worst hospital. They did not care the patient also they told lie about the status of health of patient. Doctor was not picking the calls for reply of death of pateint. Moreover, help desk is useless. There is no proper response from their side.

Here all facility can be compare to Max, Fortis and other branded hospital. Here is available 500 beds with 200 ventilator equipped beds. Doctors is well trained, staff is cooperative.

This is the worst hospital i have seen in my life. My father was admitted in that hospital and i am very disappointed with the services and care of dr. There was no proper toilets facilities in that hospital for patients. Even the behaviour of dr. Are very harsh not up to the satisfection level with the patients. They do not have manners how to manage or talk with pts. Only the building is seeing good from outside but the hell from inside. Worst place please do not take your pts there. The food was also blunder. No proper arrangements of anything. No proper communictaion with the attendent of patients.

And the help desk. Waaoo. They are sitting there only for trouble the attendent of the pts. And the nodel officer. Was also not so co-operative.

Overall itz a very upgraded hospital for general public but I gotgrot effe to some other hospital as the scope machine for stone removal is not working on (18th aug 2019) at all and according to the dept, This is unpredictable for machine to get operational in next few months also.

First and the foremost thing, is hospital have great facilities their is no doubt about it,
But the staff is very rude, thy have a negative attitude towards their patients, thy are here for providing services, not to argue with a people, nd they are not cooperative too.

A very good Government Hospital in North East Delhi. It has a very big area to deal with the patients. But now a days, some Out Patient Departments (OPDs) are not working properly due to shortage of Doctors, Nurses, Paramedical Staff, Pharmacist and other technical staff.

It is on road side (L-Shape) on Greenfields School Road. Very easy to notice in any type of traffic and very convenient to all type of peoples. Lot of parking space (fee) available inside the hospital premises.

Monday to Friday, Saturday timing is 8: 30am to 11am, Sunday off.there is two entry gate.also available emergency services.free parking available here.
