Best place. Loved their warmth, they are always ready to help. I was going abroad and had to urgently change the bag due to some issues with the size, even on Monday which is a week-off for them they opened and helped me with everything they can! Highly recommended, they have almost every brand. Even the owners are quite polite and welcoming, their prices are also very reasonable in comparison with online products.

A few days back I visited Rajni bag emporium, a reputed shop in Patel Nagar for purchasing a buckle for my leather belt. Shopkeeper showed me an imported buckle costing Rs. 225 which I liked and readily purchased, as he was speaking high of it.
After around 15 days when I was trying to put my belt on, a metal part of the buckle suddenly broken from its main body and I was surprised to see the so-called imported item which costed me a good amount being destroyed in a matter of few days without any mis handling or dropping on the ground
Today I visited the shop again and brought it to the knowledge of the shopkeeper whose son was there at the shop. I was surprised to listen to his answer that there is no guarantee of buckle purchased from their shop. I said that I just wanted to give you the feedback that the material kept in your shop is not of good quality and you must bring it to the notice of the supplier. I also said that I do not intend to claim back my money but my intention is to only give you the feedback so that the material purchased from your shop does not meet such fate with other customers which ultimately costs you the reputational loss to your shop. I was surprised to see the the curt and rude behaviour of a shopkeeper which I never expected from a shop from which we have been patronizing by buying various goods of good amount for last various years. I wish to place on my record my resentment for this curt behaviour of this young man. I also realise that our casual approach of not asking for money receipt for the goods purchased for smaller value do not only give them opportunity to deceive the Government of its taxes but also deprive the customer of his rights of claiming against the bad quality of goods sold by them. I hope the concert people will take a note of it
