Third class TPA, they don't give any real time update, take so much time to settle, calculate wrong bill everytime, we have to wait for simple things also like 5-6 hours minimum.

One of the worst TPA I have ever seen. Their customer care never connect. Always rejects the claim without any justification. If by chance the customer care connects, they talk very rudely and don't provide any justification

No response on any numbers. Totally irresponsible behavior.
I mean there might be somebody's life at stake and the people don't even bother to respond.
