We had a fantastic bus journey from Delhi to Dharamshala! The seats were super comfortable, the atmosphere was fresh, and the temperature inside the bus was just right. The on-time pick-up and drop-off were greatly appreciated, and the clean blankets added a nice touch of comfort. Highly recommended!

Worst private Volvo operators in North india. Unprofessional staff, second hand busses, not safe for solo travelers and families.

Disastrous Experience

My recent encounter with this bus service bound for Bir Billing, Himachal, was nothing short of a disaster. Waiting for a staggering three hours only to have the bus abruptly cancelled showcased the extreme unreliability of this company. The unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff further exacerbated the already frustrating situation.

Do not travel with this bus service. This is the worst bus i have taken ever. And i am in the bus as i am writing it. The conductor and driver both have no sense of talking. They threaten the passengers and treat them as if they are doing a favour to them. Through out the overnight journey the driver and the conductor kept talking to each other and disturbing other passengers. And on the safety aspect the driver wears no seat belt keeps talking on the phone. I couldn't believe when in hilly areas he was driving with one hand and having his cup of tea with the other. I will not recommend even if you have no option.

Very BAD travel service.
I, booked a bus ticket of Ram dalal travels from Una to Delhi on 1 Jan 2023 online through Paytm. Although the booking was of AC bus the bus provided was not having a functional AC. The seat ahead was not proper and forced me to sit with my knees pressed with the seat ahead of me. On bringing it to the notice of conductor he was rude to me and on insisting for quite some time he arranged a seat in another bus. Such a ruckus is completely unjustified and creates discomfort for passengers like me who books their ticket in advance to avoid unnecessary delays. It is your responsibility to ensure the services which are assured at the time of online booking are provided in real when the passenger actually travels as we pay an exorbitant amount for those services. This whole incident has already made me wary of booking any bus of your travel service in future.

I strongly urged to people reading this review please dont book buses of Ram Dalal.

Traveling in Ram dalal bus is a new experience for me every time, the bus driver and conductor are very helpfull.keep it always

Inspite of spending 1000 to 1500 for one ticket, one must deserve better place for halt. But it's a big nexus of resturant owners, who give major cuts to these bus operators they stop there and hence passengers suffer. I travel in this and not in HRTC as same thing happened there. On Delhi -Chd Highway there are best places but they stopped at place where washrooms are stinking, messy and food was also stale.

NO BLANKETS AVAILABLE IN BUS NO PAID OR NO FREE IN MANALI IN -1 DIGREE AND NO BLOWER IN BUS NO WATER

This bus is not a volvo bus, let me explain how! Bust staff is worse than those local roadways buses. While travelling from mananli to delhi we have faced a lot of isssues such as lack of blower inside bus they did not give any blanket amd have changeg my seat with another passenger. MY TRIP FROM DELHI TO MANALI WAS GREAT BECAUSE I WAS TRAVELLING THROUGH INTERCITY BUS. They are very professional, Staff is very nice and literate. Amazing hospitality. I felt so bad after travelling just 1 hour jn this ram dalal idiot buses.

राम दलाल बस सर्विस सबसे घटिया सर्विस है। 12 nov 2021को हमने दिल्ली से खाटू श्यामजी के लिए बस बुक की थी सहपुरा में बस खराब हो गई। बस ड्राइवर बस छोड़ के भाग गया । फिर हम 60 सवारी जो की बस में सवार थे कैसे कर के घर वापिस आए है यह हमें ही पता है।

I Gopal Maheshwari took bus number 8080 from Dharamshala to Delhi on 2nd October 2021 of Ram Dalal holidays. Seat no. 11 & 12 booked through Paytm. It was like local roadways luxury bus. Conductor behaviour and language was like local bus conductor. Driver was talking on phone till 2.30 am in night while driving. Too much pressure horn. Horn was more inside the bus rather outside. Vomit pack was a gift to all passenger lying on the space between seat rows. Although it might be put by some passenger but was removed after lot of request. Driver took short routes in the hill area between Bangla mukhi temple and mandi whic It was like local roadways bus. Conductor behaviour and language conductor. Driver was talking on phone till 2.30 am in night while driving. Too much pressure horn. Horn was more inside the bus rather outside. Vomit pack was a gift to all passenger lying on the space between seat rows. Although it might be put by some passenger but was removed after lot of request. Driver took short routes which were quite risky for the safety of passengers. Very negative feedback.h were quite risky for the safety of passengers. Driver stop the bus at two places and was talking to local vendors in loud way disturbing the passengers. Very negative feedback.

Driver stops the bus nearby Palampur for a tea break of 20 mins. After that, nearby way of Chandigarh, it can be bump into Mahindra Pick up. I was expecting the bus will reach the location at sharp 5.30 AM at Kashmiri gate but they drop us at sharp 6.35 AM at Majnu Ka Tila. Due to this, I missed my fight. Seriously don't like the services and will not recommend this again.

Very bad services bus time is not accurate after time of departure driver says rudely and it runs 1hour later.driver stops the bus at restaurant in pandoh hp which gives very poor quality of food and charges too much seats are not good.so I am not satisfied from this service and not trying to again

I was travelling solo and the next bus seat was empty. The bus conductor, whi by the way has only one hand, came and slept beside me in the empty seat in the middle of the night and then he started touching my feet. He left after i told him i was uncomfortable but this was grossly inappropriate.
