Worst experience with this place. Bought gold Karas. The design was coming off. Went to shop to rectify the issue. But the attitude of the staff is worst. Came back without the issue being resolved.

Good jewellery shop. Transparent pricing. 8% making. First I heard their ad on radio and the ads wtas true.

Pathetic service.they have sold my booked ring and now they are giving me local third class design ring.i have booked ring when price was 53900 22 gold now its 2 month they are still not giving my real ring.salesman name is *Vijay* and his manager also knows everything.they dont have standard now i get the difference between brand and these scammers.i want to complaint against manager.if there is anyone who can genuinly take a follow up soo revert me.otherwise i will file a case

Hidden charges, untrained and rude sales man/women, even not knowing basic behaviour. Charges high in rate of gold. Charges 11 percent making charges not 8 percent as they advertise. Totally cheating staff.

Stone and meena are calculated as gold price. Repair is very costly - what can be done outside in 500 Rs they will charge 2k-3k.

Good service, lots of varities, crowded but staff strength is also good to assist customer. I will recommend this place to my friends and family members.

Find a variety of jewelry designs in good budget price. Diamond are at decent price compared to tanishq, Manohar Lal, but design variety is good. They are expanding their business with the increasing of the shops in lajpat Nagar

They have lots of customer's therefore they have no manners and no time for customer. I think they gives free of cost, therefore people tolerate such attitude.

Very best place to purchase jewellery because there's so much Verity and best thing is making charges is very unreliable.

This is a nice store for jewellery. The main USP of this place is low making charge and transparent billing. All jewellery is hallmark.

I also found diamond jewellery to be reasonably priced. Looking forward for shopping in the wedding season again.

Staff is Ok but management is worst, nobody is there to give even a glass of water. If you want to check the weight of your product, you need to visit the counter where machine is placed, nobody is there to help you. I am giving one star because below one star is not available otherwise I will give them 0 star or negative one. Never shop with them, they are not even capable of justifying their hallmark jewellery purity.

Well, they continue with the legacy of their brand name.apparantly every hour is rush hour.

Staff is polite and they don't engage in agressive marketing/selling.

Has very friendly staff, enjoyed shopping here, have only one suggestion for the owner, they need to have a digital broacher at each floor which helps customer to see the product in one go.

Walking distance from lajpat nagar metro station, this is a traditional jewellery store that has organically expanded to multiple floors. Surprisingly, there is no lift within the showroom. With so many salespeople around, it felt as if I was at a stock exchange.

Looking at the collection, I assume they are more into gold than diamonds. Gold collection was yellow heavy with minimal rose/white gold options. Lacked new age designs (for males even fewer) but they were open to custom design creation. Prices seemed reasonable (not aware about ease of exchange, making charges). Overall, seemed like an outlet for regular jewellery shopping and not for special occasions (like, wedding).

They provided me incorret billed today for diamond ring purchases.

I was billed for gold amount with gross weight, which is wrong.i should have been charged gold wight x gold price not gross weight x gold price.
Be careful with the billing and make sure you calculate it yourself too.

Its a hub of all kind of gold jewellery. Its very crowded on weekends. Its very systematic store where specialised counters are available for different type of gold ornaments.

Pathetic customer service and their products are of bad quality. I bought a gold bracelet which broke at the same day due to poor quality. The staff didn’t treat me properly and after a tussle of hours, they replaced my bracelet with another one. Moreover, they even didn’t allow me to use their washroom. I would never visit this store again.
