RANA EYE CENTRE

Doctor prescribed a new Glasses which i bought from them only. I paid 8500/- for Glasses. But they made it wrong.

When i approached to get it rectified, they cahnged it once and it was again made wrong. Then they said we cannot make glasses.it was their mistake and i had to pay Rs. 8500/- and nothing working.

Cheated me with glasses.

Got my Eye Lasic done in Sept, 2023. It was very smooth & easy. It's been more than a month and I haven't faced any challenges. Simply followed doc's instructions. It was a great experience.

I feels happy after my right eyes cataract operation at Rana Eye Centre at Rohini Delhi on Monday on 12.06.2023. Prior to operation my eyes visibility was very poor even at the distance of 20 meters but after operation I can see even at a distance more than a kilometre with clear visibility. Very good doctor Mr. RANA. I have had my cataract surgery done here last year one eye and this year for another. The facilities in opd and OT is very good, clean and has latest equipments for testing and screening. The staff is very cordial and experienced and transparent in their communication.

I visited the clinic before closing time of 6: 30 but receptionist told me that today check up is not possible due to clinic is now closed. Wasting time of others nothing else.

I was referred to Dr. Kunal Rana by a senior eye specialist, for angiography of my CRVO. He explained me the entire procedure, and made sure i was comfortable before beginning. He was very diligent and professional throughout the procedure.

After a few weeks, I visited again for an anti VEGF injection in my eye. Again, Dr. Kunal did the day care procedure very smoothly. He is a professional and is very good at what he does.

My cashless claim for the same procedure was hassle free, kudos to the administration staff. I just had to give my aadhar card, and TPA details. Everything else was taken care by them. They also always give proper bills of all the investigations and procedures.

The entire clinic is run very well. Cleanliness and overall management is also good. Would strongly recommend Rana Eye Center for eye/retina problems.

Consulting Dr. Kunal Rana for issues in retina. He has been good throughout the process and listens and explains things patiently. Overall satisfied with his level of treatment.

Being their patient since last decade and had barely visited 10-15 times since their diagnosis and eye checkup has been more than accurate and good enough so as to avoid frequent visits.
Dr. Kunar has been looking after the legacy these days, though Dr. Rana is also available but haven't got him for diagnosis, so this review is for Dr. Kunal.
He's calm enough and listens properly, diagnosis and checkup is thorough, proper and mostly on point.
Would definitely recommend them.

Worse place.never visit.unprofessional doctor has no sense of talking. We had a minor operation of my one yr old daughter we had to reach by 8we whr on tym bt center was closed. Nobody received cal till 8.30my bby was hungry since night. Den we came to knw dat anathisa Doc was late wil come by 10den also.we waited bt he didn't turned up. Highly unprofessional doctor.

Best place to cure dry eyes syndrome in Delhi. I've visited many doctors but Dr. Rana gave me the right treatment and now i am feeling completely normal.

1st thing u expect and get 4m Ur visit is a HUMBLE, UNDERSTANDING, & EMPATHYSING doctor.wit good knowledge, hold on his skills and sensitive towards his pts.dis center has a good infrastructure to cater all d needs for eye care.personal care, supporting staff makes dis center, a choice of trust not just for ownself n also for r family n frends.

The worst experience with the staff and doctor, they kept me waited for almost 3.5 hours and after that doctor said my mother's eyes need cataract surgery and they will use Laser operation which will costs approx 46 thousand which I think is a huge amount for single eye surgery. Total cost for both eyes is approx 1 Lakh. I thought it is a center which is not money minded but I was wrong. They also fell into those money looters people who charge you on the name of surgery and lenses. I would not recommend this Centre at all. Additionally they charged 600 Rs consultation fees plus 1000 for scan which they didn't inform prior. There are other best eye center available who really help the society in affordable price. I mean literally affordable price.

Visited last time.not worth visit for eye number checking and taking spectacles from the eye hospital.
