Worst travels ever don’t ever try to book in this
Waste of money and staff are not at all good

I usually never write reviews, however very poor service, we booked buses for a family event and they got there very late. Secondly, they did not have the buses readied to take people back and only sent 1 bus instead of 3. We had to get our own transportation event organized at the very last second late at night. They did not respond to repeated calls, proceed with them with caution and prepared to be disappointed. Horrible experience.

Don't book tkts in this bus, if no enough passengers than bus cancelled and they are shifting to other bus.

Since there was no scheduled volvo bus trip to Haridwar on Thursdays, they arranged me an innova for the same cost of 5 seats. Kept their promise without asking more money

This is the worst travels faced in my life till now. They promised the private accommodation on couple basis and provided shared accommodation in multiple places. Every place it is like stampede to get the rooms throughout the tour and the rooms are wrist like public choultries. Initially they promised 3 star accommodation and gave public choultries. The food is again wrost which is not at all good. I suggest never use this travels and I never use it in my rest of life.

Me and my family travelled by Rao travels bus
to jaipur, fatehpur sikri Agra and mathura.
The best think I liked of Rao travels is what they say they mean it.
They provided very good tempo traveller with a well behaved driver. Then in jaipur the hotel they said that was also very cool.very nice hospitality. There services are fantastic and it is recommendable to the other friends and families. Whenever looking for holiday just remember Rao travels.

I have booked my travel to Agra with my family we were only four people my wife and two children and me. We booked bus for us. We took the bus from the pickup destination vasant enclave at 5.30am. The bus was on right time there was a guide and a driver in the bus. The driver first distributed the water bottles to all of us and then the guide gave his introduction about himself then the driver said now the bus will move towards Agra. It was a very comfortable tempo traveller. Very nicely driven to Agra.
On the way he stopped for the refreshment in a very good and economical restaurant. It was good time in tempo travel to Agra. I was wondering the guide was very well versed with the knowledge of all the historical monuments. I was very asking so many questions to the guide and he was amazing in answering.
It was really great travelling with Rao Travels.very good and trust worthy.

They will not book good hotel rooms for you. Not worth for your money if they book hotels. If you have any plan change in your trip also they will not consider, but initially they will say you can change and all. Even that travel vehicle they will show is not same what you get it. If pickup time at airport is 2.30pm means driver come early and put vehicle in parking and asks us to pay 1000 bucks horrible experience which we had. If you travels with baby's they will park vehicles in some place and ask us to come to that parking place, that means you have to walk from where they left you something like shopping and you have to call them and you have to go to their place they will not come and terribly you have to pay parking also. If they booked rooms we have to wait until the rooms get vacated. Overall worst experience with this RAO travels. Guys don't ever choose this. Worst ever experienced. I don't have zero rating to give.
