The work process is quite slow, they need more staff to attend the customers there were 4 counters but only 1 was operating & attending.i was there to replace my PC's Power supply it took them 7 days technically 5 as they said we'll send you a message when we receive your power supply but guess what i never received it then i had to call on the 7th day to confirm the status. The security uncle is nice very humble person than all of the staff combined. The AC works gooooood. In this Heat it better!
They replaced my SanDisk pen drive under 10 minutes. But one to take first RMA number form SanDisk website. And a uncle gaurd name #komalsingh is so polite and helpful in nature.
My brother went there for the replacement of Toshiba Hard Drive which got corrupted and it took him 20 minutes to get a new replacement as it was within warranty period. This place is service centre for many storage devices like SanDisk, Kingston, Toshiba and many more. You can check to the picture I am attaching for your reference.
There are different desks for different products. Kingston service was quick, they checked my HDD for any fault. But for non functional but detecting like issue you gonna need a approved mail from tech support of Kingston. So before going there get approval on mail regarding replacement of drives. For that need a video or images of any kind of issues like BSOD while installing windows, keeping undetecting now and then.
Once got approval, go to service centre again for replacement.
The lady at the counter was very helpful and cooperative. Had a good experience, although I can imagine many would have a hard time finding this place. Its almost as if it's purposely hidden there. I had a good experience, so can't complain in that regard.
Customer service is good for sandisk pendrives but be take care of RMA number olways be ready with ur rma number that u can get by calling to customer care of sandisk becoz it wil be very easy to replace the defect product with the nee one.
Service center is very different, from other normal mobile repairing center. I went their for SanDisk product. You can't just attended at counter, first you need to call them (for me sandisk call center) they understand your problem and verify your product then someone come and attend in person at counter where your product brand name is written on counter. Easiest way for go there is from find the Albake Restaurant on opposite side ask anyone for where is lift for 6th floor.
Very good experience at this service center. I went there to replace my Kingston ram. Very good service and fast response. Also they have other companies service center too overall very good experience.
It was a nice experience during covid 19. First of all they provide everyone hand senetiger to wash thier hand. And one thing is that the old RP Pvt. Ltd. Location has been changed it is in the same building.
If you have to get your Kinston or SanDisk, Asus HDD, SSD, Flash, Motherboard etc replaced under warranty, this is the place to go. Usually they'll replace it right there but if incase they don't have a replacement, they'll give you date on which you can collect your stuff on. Pretty decent service, open during COVID times too.
This is a memory replacing centre of sandesk, tungsten and another there facilities are good This is placed upon 6th floor of the building There is a problem with the network you can call but you can not use internet in this building.
I had a currupt sandisk sd card which they have been replaced. The service is nice! They change my sd card in no time. Staff is very polite and helpful I read the review begore going to the replacement centre, so i called the costumer care number also got my complain and RX number 1 day b4. They dont have pin to open the phone so bring it with you if you have that currupt memory card in your phone like me!
I go there to change my sandisk memory card the staff is good i met up with a lady there she was so quick to solve my issues. They changed my memory card so quickly
Fake product delivered and no one interested to know the Customers problem. I have booked a JBL Flip 4 Portable Wireless Speakers on 29th Oct 19 from Bajaj Finserv. After couple of days I got a message that my product delivered sucsefully at my home but the same product never delivered. Totally fake message, worst experience with this Company.
