Excellent experience! Thank you to Naresh and team for such such a positive and enlightening tour. This tour focuses on the sense of community and connection within the slums. Everywhere we were taken, people were friendly and welcoming. The life in these environs is undoubtedly challenging, but the tour gave us the sense that, through this people find meaning and strive to better their lives. This was the best thing we did in our two week tour of India. Highly recommended!

I did two tours with the provider and both where excellent.

The STREET FOOD TOUR in Old Delhi was great, we had delicious food and could get many interesting impressions in that part of the capital. Stanley was a great guide aswell and explained everything really good.

The SLUM TOUR in Sanjay Colony was even more impressive, it was an eye-opening experience. Our guide Sam explained everything very well and could answer all our questions. Photos we're not allowed in the slum.

The Sanjay Colony slum tour with Vijay was definitely one of my best experiences in India.

Tour is incredible with very rich information by guide Stanley. He was also very patient explaining the different places. Appreciation his briefing before we visited each place. Highly recommended and look forward to booking more tours with them in future.

It is a travel company which provide you unique tour experiences like slum tour, Street food tour, public transport tour, cooking experience and many more.threw this activities what ever profit they generate 80 percent of that profit goes to the NGO called reality gives which provide the educational programs in the community.

Old Delhi Street Food Tour was awesome. You walk through Old Delhi and also get to experience the metro and rickshaw. The food is very good and all were fairly new to me, even though I love eating Indian food back home. I was surprised to find that I still learned alot about India's history through the food, i.e. How certain foods or cuisine styles came to India through trade, conquest, etc. I also learned about the main sites that we passed by in Old Delhi, such as particular temples or mosques. The markets were fantastic to see. Highly recommend!

Camp Cedar Bir is amazing place to visit. This place is very beautiful especially the Serengeti Tents, Swiss Tents and Author's Room. Food served here is very hygienic and tasty.
Owner's and the staff members are very helpful and cooperative. I give 5 out of 5 stars to Camp Cedar and recommend the camp to each and every tourist who visit Bir Billing.

We did a very insightful tour in Sanjay Colony with Chitti in Dec 2019. Chitti was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide. He did a great job in explaining how life is like in a slum and how the local economy works, bursting any bubbles of preconceptions we had created in our heads based on movies. Chitti showed us Sanjay Colony with dignity and answered all our questions with patience. We hope to return to Delhi one day and make another tour with Chitti!

What an incredible tour! And they give back to the community so well. All the food we had was delicious and we didn't get sick at all. Naresh was a brilliant guide, so friendly and informative!

Loved the slum tour. I was scared of it feeling unethical but it certainly wasn't and was a great insight into how these people live.

A very good day tour with @realityindia ; experiencing a tuk tuk insane driving, the Akshardham Hindu temple at dusk, the Urgrasen Ki Baoli water steps, changing my perspective of life in slums, drinking Masala Tea, the Gurdwara Bangla Sahib Sikh temple and eating on the floor with 400 people, and not least learning more about Ghandi on the ground where his life ended.

The staff in the office are very friendly even showed me some YouTube clips of Indian films to watch. I went in for the Slum tour, ended up booking them for the whole day for various sites across Delhi plus a weekend personalised tour in Agra.

Tour of Sanjay slum. This was an amazing insight into the lives of these people. My tour guide Hema was very knowledgeable. The company has a charitably arm that recycles profits back into helping improve children's lives through education in the slum. An admirable endeavour. The best three hours I've spent. It will challenge you!

By the end of May 2019 we had a wonderful trip to the slums of Delhi with Saurabh (tour guide Delhi). We just found the well recommended trip in our German Lonely Planet and we called the day before. It was a great and unforgetable experience to see the life of people in that hugh slum in Delhi. Saurabh was guiding us perfectly in English, we felt absolutely safe and really happy having him. We could ask a lot of questions and speak to the people living there. Saurabh catched us up at the metro station in Connaught Place in New Delhi and everything was perfectly organized.
Thank you so much for this unforgetable hours in the slum of Delhi.

The tour was very insightful. Our tour guide (Chitti) was very knowledgeable about the community and we saw that he had a good rapport with the community members. I highly recommend this tour because it shows people another side of India that is just as exciting and informative. The people in the community were very friendly and kind to allow us to see what their lives are like.

I have enjoyed the street food tour and the guided slum tour with Reality Tours.
Both tours have been highly professional, well done and informative.

Especially the guided slum tour is an eye-opening experience showing that everyday life is simple, but still full of life and laughter.

Thank you Chitti for giving our family a great Sanjay Colony and family lunch tour. You made the experience both fun and educational for our teenagers, the lunch was wonderful, and the cake to celebrate our eldest son's birthday was so kind and thoughtful. Cannot recommend Reality Tours highly enough, and is great to support such a worthwhile NGO.

We had a wonderful all day tour with Reality Tours. Our guide was Shehnez (sp?). She was adorable, fun, super bright and knowledgeable. We wanted a personalized tour, skipping many traditional sights and she gave us just that. We saw many interesting things we never would have known about. She took us to a place for lunch that was our favorite meals during our month traveling in India.
We finished the day with some last minute shopping. Thanks Shehnez! It was one of our favorite days in India!

My husband and I used Reality Tours and Travel when we visited sites in Delhi and Agra. It was so easy to book a tour. They are very friendly and happy to answer calls at anytime. We did the Private tour and Agra Day tour which were all fun! We've seen a lot of amazing sites and learned interesting history that comes with it. SHENAZ was are guide at first tour and I requested for her again in our second tour because she is very knowlegeable of India's history. She's easy to understand and very courteous. Overall we had a great time!

The quintessential tour of Old Delhi. We specifically sought after a reputable NGO to guide us through Old Delhi and chose Reality Tours on its reputation and merit. It more than lived up to expectations. Our guide Sagar was the consummate professional, he was jovial, affable and knowledgeable. We booked the morning tour (10: 00 to 13: 00) bearing in mind the summer heat. It was truly a wonderful and eye-opening experience. We learnt a multitude of cultural quirks and insights, a whole array of feasts for the senses. From the endearing yet chaotic spice market to the educational trip to the Gurudwara. The entire tour was fluid and easy going, considering the mayhem usually associated with this part of central Delhi. A credit to the NGO.

Our tour guide Chitti is the best! He is very good and gave us a lot of information about the tour. It was fun hanging out with Chitti because we felt like hes so natural and very genuine! The tour itself was amazing!

Amazing tour of Delhi slums, no pictures allowed to respect locals but you’ll be so tempted to because the slum is unbelievably colourful and full of life. Would definitely recommend.
